+ -1 moreThe process went well. It took a second visit to take out some of the bugs which Lakewood Alarm took it upon themselves to make the second visit. I needed some help with programming new users and setting up passwords for them. This was done ovr the phone and so we are now in complete control over the system. We now have the access to arm and disarm the system remotely, and I am so glad they introduced this to us. It makes my life so much easier. We had the alarm go off a couple of times and the answering service did a good job getting the police on-site. I love this alarm company!
Description of Work: Took over the pre-existing alarm service provider. Replaced old technology with newer system and added a number of features which made things much easier to operate and allows for expansion of services in the future.
