+ -1 morePrompt response with someone coming out to measure 2 days later. Had to order replacement. Came in sooner than promised. When he came to install he called and asked if he could arrive early. Installer was friendly, professional and efficient. Quality was excellent.
Description of Work: Replaced top half of window when seal broke and moisture formed between panes.

+ 0 moreThe repairman, who they claimed was one of their best, had more trouble getting the sash out than I did. When the replacement glass arrived they took the sash to the shop. Two hours later they returned -- We can't fix this kind of window, but no charge. How can a company that is in the business of fixing windows NOT KNOW THEY CAN'T FIX A PELLA WINDOW? Remember, they had looked at, measured it, etc. At least they didn't charge me.
Description of Work: I needed the glass in a broken Pella window replaced. A standard, midrange window that was 11 years old, nothing out of the ordinary.

In the past they have installed new fixed glass windows, mirrors, shower doors and storm windows for our own personal residence and rental houses. They are my go to business for any type of glass work. I highly recommend them.
