+ -1 moreCalled provider to do some work on my furnace. Provider was not interested. Provider said "the service call was not worth his time". Provider was VERY arrogant. Called another professional heating company that come right out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. JIRA was very unprofesional and more interested in the College basketball game that was televised at the time of my service request. JIRA is more concerned about helping themselves when it's convenient for THEM.
Description of Work: no services were performed. JIRA was more concernded about watching a Tigers basketball game rather than performing a repair.

Description of Work: My H VAC seemed to run constantly without cooling very well. The Morning of the service call it quit cooling and blew a breaker. The service tech promptly pronounced it dead. A quick assement was made with 2 options: replace the unit with similar or replace the entire system with a more efficient alternative and save utilities year around. We chose the second option to replace and upgrade the entire system. Two days later the unit was replaced and running efficiently to save us over 35% in utilities, both electric and natural gas. I had 2 previous other companies give me estimate bid for this conversion/work. I happily file this report 1 year later.
