Description of Work: John and Greg completely remodeled one of the two apartments in one 1950s home I bought, and did some remodeling work in a second house of the same vintage. Bathroom, Kitchen, flooring, painting, built a shower into the existing tub (needed to add a wall), electrical and plumbing (contracted out). Over-all "visioning" of the way the project needed to do was creative and of excellent quality. And ... always available to discuss details, polite and respectful. If this sounds too good to be true ... well, they are THAT good!

 + 3 moreFrom start to finish, John and Greg were on the job, present for Building Committee meetings and kept the construction area immaculate. Every Friday, they had the work site clean and orderly so that our congregation could check their progress. The were courteous, anticipated construction needs that we didn't even know to inquire about. They were always available for consultation. In essence, they have become a part of our church community. They obviously take pride in their work and the results show it. Because I am the minister of the church, I was in and out of the construction area numerous times each week and always found the guys to be cheerful, professional and knowledgable. The sub-contractors they chose to work with them were of the highest quality. We are very proud of our new worship space and know that Greg and John were essential in the success of this project.
Description of Work: John and Greg were the general contractors on the remodeling of our Sanctuary (Red Top Christian Church, Hallsville, MO). In addition to the total re-configuration of our sanctuary, they added a new narthex (entry area) with handicap access, restroom and space to visit, as well as a new Board Meeting Room. They also completely reconstructed our 70 space parking lot.
