GP Construction

I could not of asked for a more pleasant experience! Very professional company. Completed within time estimate. all workers were very knowledgeable and friendly.

i reworked my thursday schedule to be home at 2 pm in order for them to install a garage door opener. at 2:30 i called and asked where they were. the response was that they were already at my home and no one answered the door so they left. neither my guard dog or myself heard a knock at the door and certainly they did NOT use the doorbell as one would expect. they had already scheduled me from 2-4 pm, yet when i asked for them to immediately send the guy back, he was on another job and refused to return. when i talked with the owner this morning, he said to get someone else. i find that to be unreliable and discourteous. there is more to this, but i am upset with this company for their lies and dismissive attitude when clearly they were in the wrong. i have have gotten someone else to come over in a couple of hours to install a new garage door opener. i wish i had call this company first rather than G.P. Construction.

We were 'trapped' in our house as the spring on the garage door had broken. GP Construction arrived very promptly and had it fixed within 20 mins. Awesome work! Thank you!

It went great. He brought an extra piece of siding with him, just in case. Then he pointed out a hole in a piece of siding behind my air conditioner, and used the extra piece to replace that, no extra charge.

The opener works just fine now. They came out right on time, and were very courteous and knowledgable.
