+ -1 moreThere are many stories I can tell since I have worked with her through many transactions. If you have the smallest question you want answered, she will go through all of her communication channels to get you accurate information. In dealing with the paper work, she will explain everything and will make sure you know every step of what you are doing. In selling, she will do whatever is needed such as open houses, more than one, and let all the other realtors know about your house to get the word out. She is a rare find in realtors and one I highly recommend.
Description of Work: Have been using Eva as a real estate agent for many years. She is beyond honest. I have sold houses with her and bought houses. She even sold one of our houses on the first week of sale. When looking for a house, she will let you know of anything the owner knows and does not hide information from you as I have seen some real estate agents do. She wants you to be happy with your choice and will work tirelessly to find you what you want. I recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a house.
