+ -1 moreWhen you talk to them, they can answer your questions. They are very knowledgable and down to earth. Easy to understand. They take the time to explain every feature when they install an appliance.
Description of Work: Worked on our old washer numerous times. They are coming out to install a dishwasher Wednesday. They installed a stove for us too.

+ -1 morePriced right compared to every other dealer in Columbia. Had the unit in stock, so I didn't have to wait like all the big box stores. Delivered and installed the next day as promised. Installers arrived within 15 minutes of their stated time and were in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Description of Work: I bought a new Whirlpool microwave. Dealer delivered, installed and took my old unit away.

+ -1 moreI am glad to get service on my vacuum to keep it in running order, because I hate our disposable appliance lifestyle. Every few years, my vacuum needs a little bit of work, and Ennis Appliance is where I go to get the work done. They do the work quickly and they're priced well. One thing I have to mention is that their location, which is in an older strip mall on Business Loop 70, is full of cats. If you have allergies or an aversion to cats, better stay away. I am not allergic, and I like cats, and I think it's nice and homey that they take in cats who live in the store. I like being able to support a local business that does this. I can see why others would not like it, but there are plenty of antiseptic big-box stores in our town. I will continue to go to Ennis with appliance or vacuum problems, and I will be happy to see the cats there.
Description of Work: I have used Ennis Appliance for service on my Oreck vacuum cleaner on several occasions. Most recently, a connection in the handle got unseated, so that the vacuum wouldn't turn on, and they fixed it. I did call them out once to look at my washing machine, but the problem ended up being user error (my fault), and they didn't have to do any work. There was a charge for this house call.
