Mike Rawlings inspected my home and did a good job. He identified some issues that need attention including elevated radon levels.

The inspector was Mike Rawlings and he did an amazing job. He was ontime and a complete professional. I followed him through the home we were going to purchase and he not only found the areas that were needing attention but made recommendation on fixes for them. I absolutely understand he wasnt a contractor but getting pointed in the right direction for the items was much better than starting from zero. I would recommend the company to anyone and specifically Mike. He was completely unrushed and provided a great detailed report including a large amount of photos.
