It went great. I called about 10:00 in the morning (after not being able to get any other garage door repair shop in town to come out that day - or getting their answering machine), and he gave me a call about 2:30 p.m. saying he was on his way. Matt got to my house promptly, went to work and did a really great job. I could tell right away that the garage door was running much smoother and quieter. He gave me a sticker to put by my garage door button (incase I ever need service again - and I will not hesitate to call them again. I really couldn't be any happier with the service - Matt even gave me a discount on the price for the work. - Quick response time. - Quality work. - A good price. What more could a home-owner ask for when it comes to a home repair service? .... Nothing in my book. I'm very pleased that I called Dylan's Garage Doors.

Very pleased with the work. They returned calls with information quickly. Came to the house to answer questions and finalize paperwork. Installation went smoothly. Two doors installed with new tracks, springs, and adjusted existing openers all in less than 3 hours. And best of all, his price was almost $200 per door less than some of the competitors (even for the exact make and model door).

The house was built in 60's and that was the original garage door. He was very punctual and professional. The price I thought was fair. I was absolutely very happy with them.
