"The electrician arrived on time (if not a bit early) and was prepared with the necessary equipment. He diagnosed my problem and made a temporary fix until I can get a replacement. He knew that my fan had a lifetime warranty and told me how to obtain a replacement. He said he would be back to install the replacement when it comes into the dealer. Overall, service was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company to friends and family"
