I brought my car in because of a rear end thumping noise. They seemed nice and told me it was the back tires and I needed to replace them. The noise started up again a few miles down the road. I brought it back for a second time. They said the U joint needed to be replaced. The noise came back again. I then brought it to another mechanic and right away they told me that the front tires were different sizes from the back and with all-wheel, I needed all tires to be the same size. A simple fix. Replaced all tires (2 for the second time) and my car now drives like a dream. I felt that the mechanics at Custom Complete were not knowledgable and I spent money I didn't need to.

This is for the Niphong location. Had a 'cat-back' dual-exhaust system installed on my truck. Having the pipes custom-bent, hung, and welded (as well as including Stainless Steel tips) cost less then buying a cat-back system alone would have at other shops. The work was well and quickly done, looks great, and they even let me bring in a muffler I had purchased elsewhere which many places refuse to allow (the price above is the price of the whole job if purchasing a Flowmaster from them, the one I brought cost slightly more). The ones they carry are great (Flowmaster and others), and I've used those exact mufflers in the past, but I had a specific one I wanted to use this time for a different sound. Only complaint is that the welds weren't sprayed or treated for rust (only reason I gave a 'B' for quality), but a $10 can of Rustoleum (sp?) and a few minutes with a wire brush and masking tape took care of that. That's more for MY peace of mind than anything else though. I was treated well, the staff was friendly, courteous, and informative, and at no time did I get the feeling they were being anything other than forthcoming about the work. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.
