Critter Control usually sends someone to set traps within a couple of days, and moles have always been trapped within 24 hours of the traps being set. Most recently, a mole was tearing up my garden. I called in the evening, CC sent someone the next day and the mole was trapped that day preventing further damage to my plants.

Critter Control was very prompt in responding to our call, looked in the area, gave us an idea of what he thought the problem might be, and set traps. We immediately caught them – they were not what we thought (something larger), but mice that had gotten in the eaves through a dryer vent cap that had come undone outside. The owner of Critter Control was very polite. My only issue was that he tried to sell us on a “fix” to our house – to prevent critters from entering. His list of fixes was extensive and his estimate was around $800. My issue with the estimate was that he did not really understand what was going on with our home. We have a solid block home, constructed over 100+ years ago – very odd construction, that had been recently totally gutted – everything was new from the roof, eaves & such on down. True solid block construction does not allow anything (i.e. mice) to run between walls, since we have no dead space - it is solid block. I explained this to the owner when he gave me the estimate, but he looked at me blankly (I am an engineer) as if I were nutty. He proceeded to tell me how we needed to caulk around the tops of our solid concrete windows & such – it was a crazy conversation. I probably would have paid him to reinstall the mesh that had come off the dryer vent, located outside one of the eaves of our home, but based on the conversation I decided I could do it myself. I loved their work, I hated the hard sell he offered at the end – maybe it is needed it some cases, but in our case it was not and left me feeling less than pleased. Not sure I would call them again if I had an issue.

Peter Riney came out installed 2 traps around the hole and captured the groundhog the first night, he also disposed of the groundhog. He monitored the traps for a couple of days to make sure there were not other animals to trap and removed the traps. The cost was $270. I was completely satisfied.

Everything turned out fine. They did a thorough job and explained what I needed to do to fix the problem.

They were great each time. They were on time. They do a great job for me and everything has been very positive. They always come out when they say. If it is a bad problem, they will adjust their schedule. The pricing was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them.

They were very good. We haven’t had a problem since. They are very thorough. They checked all over the house and explained all the different access points they were filling.

All went just as they promised - I see a couple bats each spring since then but they cannot enter the house and are gone in a couple of days.

Everything worked out well. I did not really see the workers. They would leave us a note letting me know they came. They took care of the problem and I have not seen any new holes.

The guy seemed to know what to do to keep the birds out. Everything has been working well so far. I have not seen any birds in the areas he worked on. He is knowledgeable about animals and how to prevent them.

They offered eradication. It was little pricey. They showed up on time and gave us some ideas. Overall it was a good experience. They were very helpful. Again, it was little pricey. The fact that it wasn’t snakes, it wasn’t as big an issue.

Everything went fine, but it was little pricey. They were able to remove all the moles. They would come back and remove and replace traps. They were a very good service to work with.

They were not the friendliest technicians. We had problems with them while they were here. They did not tell us when they were going to show and just appeared one night and started to work. The work they did, we did not have problems with. The communication was not good. I would not use them again in the future.

When we found the original possum I called Critter Control and they came out and captured the small baby possum. They then put traps out. Over about 10 days we caught 10 possums. The bulk of the cost was for them to install permanent metal fencing that goes from our deck and underground about a foot. We haven't had any problems since then. They solution to our problem was rather expensive, but I don't know if anyone else in town would have been any cheaper. We were very impressed by their promptness in picking up trapped animals and the quality of the work on the metal fencing.

They service was excellent. The guys were professional. I was really impressed with their professionalism and politeness, energy, and ability. They explained everything they were doing. They were super polite. Their price was a little high. I would use them in the future.
