 + -1 moreJamie "jumped right in" when I called her and asked her to meet me at the house, even though I did not even contract with her at that time. She was informative, and was clearly on my side throughout this whole process. She oversaw all inspections, retrieved information, worked tirelessly with the seller's agent, even during times we thought this would never conclude, and while it still has not, we are due to close this week. Ask questions...no question is too dumb, and many times I need to hear it once, twice, or three times to understand it. Always speak out to your broker. They cannot help you if they don't know exactly what you want, what you can spend, and how you feel about each occurrence.
Description of Work: Crane and Crane, specifically Jamie Pauley, was recommended by an acquaintance to assist me as my buyer's broker in the purchase of a home. She has been responsive any time I have asked questions, and this has been an "under the gun" negotiation and purchase, which has encountered daily problems. She has been available weekends, nights, holidays, and has shown herself to be a good negotiator when dealing with the mortgage company and the seller's agent. She has also assisted me, with her vast knowledge of the area, in securing inspection companies and services that have been responsible, forthcoming, reasonable, and have a terrific work ethic. I was going to attempt this purchase without a broker, but I realized that I made a very good decision in signing a contract with her. She has made good decisions for me and also has worked tirelessly on my behalf in this whole process.
