home inspection, septic tank
 + 0 moreArrived in a timely manner and was very thorough. Invited me to observe the inspection and answered my questions about what I was seeing in a patient, informed manner. As a first time home owner, I didn't even know where the water cutoff valve was but Keith made sure I was completely comfortable with what I was seeing in the way of the construction of the house. My report was really easy to read and follow. I did call him once (after having the report) to ask a question about my panel box and he explained what the different types of boxes were and how they worked. Made a lot of sense to me and helped me when I was talking to my insurance company about what I was trying to insure.
Description of Work: Performed two home inspections for me. The first home contract didn't go through (for sale by owner and they decided to not sell). 2nd home, I used Keith again (I really liked his personal attention and thoroughness from the first contact). He was very thorough and met with me to go over the report, so I could ask any questions.
