The guys that did the work were good. My advice is when you get the quote make sure it is itemized. Some of the stuff used in the project was pretty cheap ended.

The work was done in a professional manner. On time and on bid. Easy to work with.

Matt was great, as he came out twice to show me exactly what the wall would look like. Then he met with us to show the block colors that were available.

Kept me informed during the project, including weather delays.

This was a fairly large project with this being phase I. It included a one time cleanup and mulching of flower beds, tree trimming and the extension of a pool deck (concrete) construction of a fire pit area, construction of retaining walls , grading and drainage improvements. Matt was quick with bids and good paperwork, the staff was friendly, polite and worked diligently until done. Phase II will be installation of plant materials. Matt was honest in saying that he might need assistance in plant selection as his expertise was more in construction. I will rate Phase II separately as Matt & team will be doing the installation of the plants.

This was a terrific transaction from start to finish! Matt was quick to answer phone calls and e-mails, provided a bid promptly and was really flexible to work with my realtor to get the work done even though I am currently out of the state. He provided lots of pictures of the project for my approval. The driveway was finished in just a few days, just as he said it would be, and they worked in really cold weather. I highly recommend Fine Finish Construction, I'm thrilled with the service and the work!

Matt and his team completed a major landscaping project in my backyard and it only took them two days to complete. They poured concrete to extend my back patio on Day #1, and laid sod on my entire backyard on Day #2. Fine Finish was professional, efficient, and did quality work. I would recommend them to anyone needing landscaping.

They worked us quickly into their schedule and had the fence up by the time we needed it. They also helped us with our landscaping. We were pleased with the quality of both jobs.

The contractor didn't perform the work in a timely fashion. Because of the cold weather forecast, he let the sod sit on his trailer for 2-3 weeks. Had he acted promptly as he stated, this problem wouldn't have arisen. Further, when I expressed my concern of how bad the sod looked after sitting in his trailer, he said that he's seen worse that bounced back. Even after conscientiously watering the sod on the trailer and after it was planted, the sod, at least so far, has not bounced back as he claimed. It looks like it's already dead or dying. If so, I expect him to do what's necessary.

Immediate response from Matt regarding the project. Quck estimate. Finished in a timely manner despite uncooperative weather. Design change made project even more appealing--thanks to Matt's vision.

I needed help cleaning up the yard -- trimming shrubs and removing old landscaping features. They returned my initial call within half an hour and Matt came that day to scope out the job, give me a quote, and schedule the work. Rain caused a reschedule, which is understandable, but otherwise everything was done as promised and on time. Matt and his assistant were very pleasant to work with. I plan to have them do additional work. The cost of the overall job was a little more than I had thought it would be, but they did need to use a skidsteer which was half the cost (altho as equipment rates go, $300 a day is reasonable).

Lawn Rangers worked hard to complete my task to my satisfaction. I highly recommend their services if excavation work is part of your project.
