I bought an antique mirror and I needed the mirror replaced. They were great! They do really good work. They are very good with keeping in touch with you and keeping you updated with the job. I would highly recommend them.

The glass company that was supposed to install a piece of glass to our table top, decided they could not make it at the last second. That was after 2 more phone calls to them. I received not one phone call stating they were not coming. I called Columbia Glass and Mirror the same day, and within a few hours they were able to cut our glass and deliver, and put it on our table top. Such prompt service is amazing and they did a great job. It was about time for the two gentleman to be off work and they still came with our glass. Will use them again.
Description of Work: Installed a large sheet of glass to our table top.

8 or 10 weeks ago I called Columbia Glass and mirror requesting they remove a mirror in my bathroom that is glued to the wall. I was told it would be about $120.00 and someone would call me to set it up. Never received a call. Called again last week, stated I never received a call and would like this done as soon as possible. Was told I would receive a call to set it up. The call never came. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit.
