 + -1 moreI ordered the detailing service and three days later they responded: "Sorry it has taken so long to get with you. My company, Columbia Detailing has closed. The company that I sold all equipment to will honor this deal for you. I will have them reach out this week and get you on the schedule. I do apologies for the confusion." Interestingly, this occurred one week before a major cold front moved in.

 + -1 moreThey worked on my 2010 BMW. The service went really well. I was able to schedule the service within a couple days. They were very flexible with my schedule. They did exactly what the deal stated. They came to my house on a Sunday to do the service. One technician came out and did a great job. He was personable and on time. He was also very professional and I would definitely trust them to do work for me again.

 + -1 moreI have had them wash my car 2 times. The 1st time they did an excellent job. The 2nd time they did a good job, but not quite as detailed. They were very busy though, so probably didn't have as much time to focus on the details. They are friendly, nice and accommodating. Even when they were busy, they squeezed me in, so I appreciated that. Overall, pretty good and I would go their again.
