 + -1 moreI would say that Jim and Columbia Blinds have the best service of any company we have used since moving to Columbia. We have been very happy with the blinds we bought and Jim made excellent suggestions for specific blinds for each room. We would strongly recommend them to everyone.
Description of Work: 4 years ago Columbia Blinds and Shutters sold us blinds for our new home. Since then our cleaning service has broken two of the blind slats and both times I called Jim Galloway the co owner. Without hesitation he arranged to come to the house before the work day started and replaced the slat. Despite my offer to pay for his time he declined and said it was part of the service they provide when we made our original order.
