Okay... so my husband and I bought a brand new refrigerator from Columbia Appliance In Columbia MO in January of 2023.. it's been leaking water on our food since the first week and we have been trying to get it fixed/replaced since we bought it... Long story short, Columbia Appliance wouldn't stand by their product and we're still having problems. I will NEVER EVER recommend buying from Columbia Appliance and will personally buy from big box stores from now on 😠

The sales staff were helpful & knowledgable. The installers did a fantastac job installing the new applicances, even found an extra piece of stainless steel trim for the oven since the new oven was not as high as the old wall opening. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations including a thorough job of cleaning after the installation.

I called them early in the morning and they squeezed me in that day so that I could do my laundry and pack. He easily could have told me I needed parts, and I wouldn't have known the difference, but he cleaned the brushes and got it running, and told me that I could expect to have to replace the motor down the road. Quick, courteous, and honest! I will definitely use them again!!!

went well we had self diagnosed the problem so he came with the right part and it didn't take long to fix

great!! January (one of the managers) gave us enough time to ask questions and offer recommendations. she also called to get our dryer delivered a day early, as we had a storm coming. Delivery staff terrific and on time. Everyone was great. Thanks!

Called to repair leaking dishwasher. Came a total of 7 times and STILL failed to repair leak. On last visit had the nerve to suggest I had damaged the dishwasher door and that was the cause of leak. To be fair, initial repair person, Jeff, was very pleasant and professional. He just couldn't get the leak fixed. Manager, Rob, on the other hand, was very UN-professional and, as I said, accused ME of causing the problem. Not only did I waste $150 but I wasted almost a full day of my time, just in the time spent being home for the repair, not to mention the time spent waiting for repairman to com. In the past, I purchased a refrigerator from Columbia Appliance and had the same spotty service. Installers dented the metal threshhold coming in to the house and were unable to install the water line properly the first time. They came a second time and fixed the problem. I can't recall all the details at this time, since this was eight years ago. However, in retrospect, I should have realized then that Columbia Appliance was not a company I should be doing business with.

Great service !! Had the Part that I needed and low cost!!

Columbia Appliance was prompt with getting back to me and scheduling a repair person to come assess the problem. The repair man was prompt and called ahead to be sure we could see him. He quickly assessed the problem as one of two things electronically. A timing mechanism, or something else. Can't recall, but he was faced with having to make a judgement call on which part to order. We were assured that if the part he chose didn't fix the washer, then we would not be charged for it and he would go with the second option, and then only charge us for the part that fixed the washer and his time on that part only...AFTER the washer was fixed. And that is exactly how it went. The part he suspected was needing repair was the right pick and he was quickly able to fix our washer for the price he quoted. We were dealt with honestly and in as timely a manner as could be considering they had to order the part. I would definitely do business with Columbia Appliance again in the future.

My washer went out we went to 7 different stores to purchase one and the last place we went was Columbia Appliance and they had awsome customer service and the best price for the maytage washer i was looking for.

THE STAFF AT THE APPLIANCE REPAIR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME OUT, THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND WERE ABLE TO FIX BOTH APPLIANCES IN A LITTLE OVER TWO HOURS. THE MAN DID A GREAT JOB.
