+ -1 more.' The work went well. He was always on time and worked a full day. Should there be a change in plans on the time there was always a courtesy call prior to any changes etc, But that was rare, he worked on the project until it was completed and you were satisfied with the work and again worked a full day. We were very satisfied with his work and would work with him again.
Description of Work: Installed ceramic tile in 3 rooms plus a hall-way. one room was installed with 13' x 13' inch tile, the other rooms and hall-way 12 x12 inch tile was used. one of the room was approximately 20 x 20 and concrete floor had to be cleaned and prepared for the installation of the tile. There was a number of doorways that thresholds had to be installed, and one door had to be cut down to size to fit properly

+ 0 moreSquirrels had chewed holes in the fiberboard enclosure covering our chimney. Several contractors promised to give us estimates, but never did. Chris, the owner of CMT Construction, came over the day after we called and gave us a fair estimate. The old chimney could not be salvaged as we hoped, but Chris was still able to get the replacement built within the promised time frame. The guys with CMT were prompt, fast and thorough. The new chimney looks great. I'll definitely use them again.
