They looked at our heating system. We have the floor heat where you got pipes under the floor and the hot water goes through the pipes and generate heat and we were having some difficulty.

They always know what they are doing and he is friendly and thorough. He was very quick.

If you want the work done right Mike is the guy. Another heating guy in town told us to call him for our ground source system, smartest person in the state. He is. He knows what he is doing, will do it right and it will stay fixed. It may be a bit on the expensive side but it will be done right and done well - true economy.

Excellent service. Very experienced, ethical, hard-working. We have used him over the years for all types of plumbing issues, and he has done an excellent job every time. We are impressed by his personal commitment to do the highest quality work.

The fee was high because he spent so much time on the washer drain. But he didn't fix the main drain. I told him I would not pay the bill because I had to call roto-rooter. He did finally drop the charge. So his customer service was good but he seemed angry and I will not call them again.

I noticed a leaking outdoor faucet. I called Circle G, described the problem but I Mike made an extra trip to verify the type of faucet. He also gave me some advice about non-plumbing leak in the basement. He fixed the problem

He knows our system well. We have a solar system tied in with it. He seems to know his stuff. He comes as quick as he can and he gets right to work. His prices have always been pretty reasonable.

It went very well. The owner always explained what he was doing and why. I asked his advice on several things, including what to put in our new home we were building.

Mike Glass is the owner and he's wonderful. He's been in the business for a long time and is very professional. He even corrects things that other people did wrong. He's not cheap, but he's worth it.

My experience with this company was a very positive one. He made a commitment to take care of my issues, called before he got to my home, did the job well without making a mess. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and highly recommend him for any plumbing issues. This company offers other services other than plumbing and I would consider them also for these services.

They were excellent! After a bad experience with a previous company who did not fix it and overcharged me, this company was wonderful. They were professional, reasonable with their price and were courteous. They fixed the leak and I would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Circle G was great from the first phone call. They were able to quote and schedule the water heater installation for a time that was convenient for us. The gentleman that performed the work arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment time and was very personable and professional. The work wrapped up with no problems, a really uneventful job. The next morning I turned on the shower and couldn't get any hot water or very good hot water pressure. I know nothing about plumbing or hot water heaters and, at 7:00 AM, I phoned Circle G thinking there was a hiccup from the installation. I fully expected to leave a voicemail message, but Mr. Glass, the owner, answered the phone. After talking with me for a few minutes he said it was likely we had some sediment buildup in our shower line and said he would be over to take a look. The phone rang less than an hour later, it was Mr. Glass and he was on his way! My "hiccup" turned out to be nothing more than homeowner ignorance and I was thoroughly embarrassed. Mr. Glass couldn't have nicer about having to come out and everything is now working well. I was already impressed with Circle G's prompt and professional service, but to come out within an hour of calling on a Saturday is really above and beyond any expectations I have. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs we have, and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.
