+ -1 moreI'm very pleased with this project. Corey explained his plans very thoroughly and gave me several options as to how to proceed. The areas were power-washed 1st and stained on a following day when the weather allowed it. The deck furniture was also moved accordingly. It was a very neat job without any damage to the siding by the deck. The fee was very competitive considering Corey specializes in deck/fence restoration. Most contact via email was replied to promptly. I enthusiastically recommend Corey Parks and intend to have him redo the project when next needed, hopefully not under 3 years.
Description of Work: My deck, porch and the street-facing sides of my fence were power-washed and stained.

+ -1 moreCorey Parks dealt with me directly by phone and email. He was recommended by Columbia Deck and Fence. He provided me an itemized estimate. The work was completed within a few days of my acceptance of the estimate. The quality of the work was highly professional. There was no mess and the fence looks great. The final bill was consistent with the estimate. The company does not accept credit cards, so payment was by personal check. I would use his services again and recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Cleaned and applied preservative stain to a cedar fence we had installed about a year ago by Columbia Deck and Fence.
