We had long sought out Brian Gilpin due to many of the homes with floor plans we liked were built by his company, Brian came to our home to discuss our plans to build a home based on some drawings we had. One of the drawings was based on a home that we had seen recently that was a lot like the original floor plan we had tweaked from online. He was very insightful, cordial and honest. He also emailed us some links to homes that he had built recently that we might be interested in. He let us know that in all honesty he couldn't build the house that was for sale for the price it was being offered at. Overall it was a good meeting and I would recommend Brian to anyone.If we do not buy the other home we will talk with Brian again. We love the "open" floorplans that he does...great utilization of space. Not a lot of "dead, unuseful" areas.
