We found him on Angie's List. He did a good job. I thought he was fine and would give him a high grade. He was a little hard to get because he's busy I guess, but once he told he was coming he did and was okay. He was a little slow getting here but he was punctual.

The contractor was polite and very shy. He asked before he did anything and performed the maintenance in a timely fashion. The main gripe that I had was he left a mess. The shavings, and parts were all left there. I was disappointed, they are a small company, I thought they would do a better job cleaning up after. Overall the repair has been successful.

This was for my mother-in-law. She was very pleased because he was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed the problem and she was very satisfied with his work. Would definately rehire.

pouAn outside tap in the basement froze (my stupidity for not making sure there is no hose connected). I definitely needed a plumber. I looked him up on Angie's list called, one of his associates came the same afternoon and fixed it. Turns out there was a previous and quot;repairand quot; that actually caused the problem. Responsive, friendly, explained what he was doing, and very reasonable fees. I almost look forward to needing a plumber again. Highly recommended.

My experience with him went well. He was very reliable. He answered promptly. I was able to get him on his cellphone. He was there as soon as he was able to. If there is any emergency, then I am sure he will come more quickly. He was there within two days. The repair work was a minor problem. He did what he was supposed to do. His price was fair and I didn't feel that I was overcharged. His responsiveness was excellent; he did that quickly. He was there when he said he would be. He was very professional.

After identifying Bob Lawrence Plumbing through Angie's List, I called and left a message regarding the broken handle and arm of a toilet stool. He indicated in his answering message that I could leave a message or could send an e-mail. Preferring to talk with him, I asked that he return my call and left the number. My call was never returned.

Lawrence had one skilled employee to assist with installation took an entire day including moving the floor drain a few inched to fit the drain in the new base. This involved chiseling concrete and laying pipe and floor drain very precisely to fit the drain opening in the new base. When all was ready they removed the packing from the new shower then very carefully did a mock set up of the pieces in my garage to be sure all the parts, big glass doors to intricate connectors that hold everything together. This took a lot of time and patience but in the end, saved time during the real installation. A piece at a time, in the order determined from the mock set up, the parts were taken to the bathroom, beginning with the base, which required cement fill around the new floor plumbing. Then the plastic sheets were glued to the walls and sealed around the perimeters with permanent caulk. These blended very smoothly into the walls above the panels. The door was a tricky part of the process; everything depended on it fitting precisely against two narrow glass panels. This was done with connectors and metal strips around the top of the shower and special connectors that I couldn't understand at all. I was only an observer and had to stay out of the way in a small bathroom, so I missed the final stages of assembly and testing the shower itself and checking for leaks. They asked me to come and check the final job. There was a lot of concrete breaking plus dust from that, and construction junk that needed to be cleaned up. So I was surprised to see the job finished, the shower, including all the glass cleaned and polished, the walls of the bathroom cleaned with a wet cloth, all the dust and dirt in the adjoining bed room, the floor vacuumed--everything spotless.

Bob was responsive to an urgent situation, professional, very helpful, fairly priced and he works very quickly. If you need a plumber, call Bob Lawrence!

It was great....The leak and non-flush tub spout was in a house I had up for sale. A showing was planned for early the next morning and Bob came to my rescue on a Friday night at 6 pm....not only did he get these two issues done, he also took time to caulk my bathroom sink. My and quot;Band quot; regarding responsiveness is this: Lawrence Plumbing is in great demand. Non-emergencies might mean the work is scheduled within 1-4 days. However, they will show up on the day promised, and if they are running late for the exact time of the appt, they will call you. All in all, the thing you have to accept about Lawrence Plumbing is that they are very very busy---but well-worth the wait in terms of quality and price. I have used Lawrence Plumbing almost exclusively for 8 years for my personal home and rental property.

We always use him if we need any plumbing work done, and he always does a superb job. He always comes when he says he will, and he is very polite. He has another gentlemen that works for him, and he does a great job. I had another company come out before, and they were not able to fix the leak. Once Bob Lawrence came out, he fixed the leak right away. I have not had any other problems with the leak since, and I liked the way he fixed the leak. We have always been pleased with his work, and I would highly recommend him.

I spoke with him and, at his request, texted necessary information about my plumbing problem. He did not get back to me until I contacted him again. Then he said he would come, on two occasions, and did not show or contact me.

He is really good! He's on time and I felt the charges were fair so I had no complaints. When he put my sump pump in that was good and he also recommended that he put a line in from my basement up into my house so that I don't have to turn my water off outside or have to go in the crawl space to turn it off. I was very pleased with him!

He was very good. He was an excellent plumber. He came out, knew right away about what the problem was and fixed it. I liked him because he knew right away as to what was wrong and that he did not take long. I had called a handyman for the job who was honest but he was not a licensed plumber. So, he did not know as to what to do and he recommended that I called another plumber. I appreciated that. He did not charge me anything. He tried very hard but he could not fix it. So, I called somebody else from Angie's List and he did not have time. He was a contractor and not a plumber but he recommended Bob Lawrence Plumbing Services. I then called Bob Lawrence Plumbing Services. He came a week ago but he needed a part. He ordered the part, came back two days ago and repaired it. His price was very good. I had a little problem because I could not get him right away when he said that he was going to come back with the part as he was too busy or something. When I finally called him, he said that he would come and he was here right away. I would definitely use him again in the future.
