The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up nicely. The whole experience from initial estimate to completion was positive.

They were quick to get out to remove it and did exactly what they said they would plus a little more. Also cleaned up all the small debris from the down tree as well. Tree was located down a hillside so it make it more challenging to remove.

I contacted Scott Ratliff about removing a large River Birch tree that was leaning out over my garage and home. He arrived promptly to give me a cost for removal of the tree which I considered very reasonably. His crew, which was very well equipped for the job, arrived 1 day early. They were very professional, worked hard and removed the very large tree in 4 hours. You would never known they were here except for the tree being gone! They cleaned up my yard and even cleaned all of the leaves and small branches that had dropped on my deck from spring storms. The next day another worker arrived with a stump grinder and removed the large tree stump. I plan on hiring them again in the future. Ratliff's removal cost was $250 cheaper than the next closet bid.

They originally said it would take 3 days, and it took 2. They were fast, professional, showed up in a timely manner, etc. Our preferred plan would have been to use magic to get the trees back up and alive, but since that wasn't going to work, Ratliff was the next best plan.

I live 100 miles from my rental. A tree died and had to be removed. They gave me a bid for the removal over the phone and by email. I verified their insurance coverage. The work was accomplished in a timely manner. I recommend them. It worked out very well and saved me a trip.

It went well. After coming out and looking over the work to be done, I was given a satisfactory bid and we agreed that it would be good to wait a few days for the ground to firm up some. They called the day before they came. All work was done that day with the exception of the stump grinding. The following day they came out and ground out what stumps I wanted ground out. All was satisfactory and I paid for the service.

He provided a clear description of what they would do,showed up when promised and cleaned up after they were finished. His crew was professional.

He is really excellent and has done a lot of work for us. He's professional and is always here on time. He does great work and we've always been very pleased with him. There are cheaper people, but I think the quality of work is worth it. When I call, he'll come a couple of days later and you know exactly what it's going to cost.

I decided not to use him because he was too expensive. I thought this company was very professional but they wanted to make the job too big. I got someone else to do the job for $500 compared to their $1,400. I will not use them again in the future.

This was an awesome experience! This man and his team are so professional. When I contacted him, he came out for the estimate the same day and first thing he does after shaking my hand is give me a copy of his company insurance! The estimate was reasonable. His team called the week before the service date to schedule and arrived on the day on-time. I had to go to work but my wife was at home during the whole experience. She said the guys were really respectful to her and the job was done within a few hours. They covered the ground stump holes with dirt and must have seeded it because a month later we have grass growing in all four locations! I was so pleased at this revelation because I assumed that I would need to go buy some grass seed and seed it myself.
