Description of Work: My daughter bought a refridgerator from this place that was used with a six month warranty.The one she picked out was leaking fluid before it was delivered.They did call her to get another one which they finally brought the next day(she is a single mother of three boys)I was there when it was delivered they had to take the doors to get in the door.Afterbthey left we noticed a gap in the door it was't put back on right,had to call a friend to come over with the right tool to fix it.Finally she could go buy groceries.(she had moved into this house that did,t have a fridge)spent appox. $100.The next day the refridgerator did'nt feel cold her baby had threw up the milk from his bottle he had drank in the night.She called the appliance place they said they did'nt have anyone to send and look at it.She was upset and crying so they sent an employee that said it was fine she goes to the store buys a thermometer it reads 72 degrees call them back they come back and says its okay(she was't sure what worked on).after a while she checks again 80 degrees,all her groceries had to be thrown out.This hurts a single mother.They were called AGAIN said they would'nt be able to bring another fridge until Monday.She went to a rent to own place got a working fridge.I called to tell them we needed her money returned they said the deal was with her not me to have her call them.she did call they said they would be down to pick up the fridge MOnday and give her a check.they have'nt came by yet she called two more times yesterday they said they don't give cash refunds.She has a $400. refrigerator that does'nt work setting in her garage.
