+ -1 moreI called and Jeff Terry was able to get to the house quickly. He was professional and courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem straightaway and get it fixed in a short time. In the course of the diagnostics, a small amount of water began draining and he wiped it up tidily. He works on most large appliances (he gestured around the kitchen) and works on any brand except Samsung. He offers a 30 day warranty on his work. I would definitely call him again if I have a problem of this type.
Description of Work: Our dishwasher drained all over the kitchen floor.

Description of Work: Mr. Terry was the only operator that asked me the model no of my stove so he could order the part and not make a 2nd trip. He was clear on the total cost of trip to our house, the part cost and labor cost with no hidden costs. Other repair people would not give a clear cost on coming to the house, part and then another service cost to complete the job. | |I will be using Appliance Care again if needed.

+ -1 moreJeff is excellent. He is certified in LG appliance repair. No one else in Columbia will touch LG, I know, I called. I found him through the LG website for certified LG repair in the Coumbia, MO area. Jeff is knowledgeable, professional, reliable, on time and reasonably priced. If he doesn't have a replacement part on hand he can get them quickly and install ASAP. Jeff also worked on our Electrolux Icon six burner stove/oven. I called him and he came out the same day and fixed the electrical switch to the gas burners. I have finally found our go to guy for appliance repair. We appreciate you Jeff! Angie B.
Description of Work: Cleaned faulty electrical cycle selector connection to six burner Electrolux Icon gas oven/stove. Jeff has also been out twice to take care of a faulty LG stainless steel dishwasher. First time was to replace burnt out fuse inside of dishwasher, and at our request the steel front panel. The second time our dishwasher wouldn't drain. Jeff found a piece of unidentified rubber in hose line, 6/2013 and 6/2014 respectively.
