Appliance Care Plus

I was very pleased. My neighbor gave me the man's name. They were competent and friendly. They went out on their way because the refrigerator was unfixable. They did several trips out. I couldn't recommend him much higher.

Came out and checked both refrigerators,(one 7 years old, the other 10) neither were working properly. Got the basement fridge going quickly and calmed our fears about the funny rattle it sometimes makes, then went right to work on the one on the main floor. That one was a bit harder and needed defrosting and a new part. While it defrosted, he left and handled another job (no use wasting time-and he didn't charge me for it) he came back and tested a few parts, found the problem part and ordered it right there on the spot. He said we could use the fridge until the part came, and we didn't loose any food! ( our first concern) Three days later, the part came and so did a call from Jeff. He had the part back in and the wife happy in about 40 minutes. The following week, the fridge froze up again, so we called Jeff back and he was there within the hour with apologies and went back to work defrosting and replaced another part. This time there was no bill, nothing extra and haven't had a problem since! Both fridges defrosted and running properly for $160! Can't beat that! The guy really knew his stuff. Will be calling if anything goes wrong again.

He did an excellent, excellent job. The overall experience was excellent. I would use this provider again.
