I specialize in helping people get the most out of their computers. I repair and custom-build Windows and Mac computers, as well as laptops. I excel at trouble-shooting issues and working with the public. I have been repairing machines for more than 20 years. I am also well-versed in the arena of WiFi and connectivity problems. The number one thing that makes my service stand out against others is my commitment to quality and high level of experience. When you call me for a repair I am going to thoroughly access the situation, be up-front with you about cost, and also let you know what I think is the best path to follow for the repair. You will never end up with a "surprise" bill from my service. I am a small business owner, I have one other technician currently working with me on this endeavor. I have owned and operated several repair companies on the West Coast where I lived for 12 years. I relocated here approximately 2 years ago and have continued to service machines. I also build and host websites. I have worked with mega-corporations like Amazon, Microsoft, UPS, and many others since I was 17 years old. I am available to service your machine on-site or if you prefer you can drop it off to me directly. There are plenty of options for computer repair out there, it's important to make the right choice.
