+ -1 moreWent very well, took about 3 hours from start to finish. This included an introduction to how he does inspections, an over view of what he does during the inspection, and a post inspection discussions of areas of concern. John was very thorough and professional.
Description of Work: I hired John Corn with All Over the House Inspection to look at a For Sale By owner house we are trying to purchase. I was very happy with his work. He inspected the house from top to bottom, offered helpful advice on how to address the few problems he found, and was very professional. The report we received was well written and contained good pictures of the few areas of concern he found. He was willing to answer questions and didn't mind us sticking our noses in the area he was inspecting. No complaints.
