Impressed by his work. Took pride in job timeliness utill completion. Went the extra mile to make sure job was done. Will hire again and have for smaller jobs.

This job was one of many things that he has done for us in the last probably 7 years. He has done several things for us - including hanging cabinets in the laundry room, installing tile splash back in the kitchen, repairing deck railing and more. I am always happy with his work and fees.

He was here within days after we called and made the appointment. Was on time and was very nice and professional. Stay focus on the jobs that he was doing. We will use his service's again for sure.

Mr Arnold showed up on time and very professional, gave me a free estimate, and then since i needed it asap, he went to home depot and purchased the heater, and all the supplies. He returned and removed the old heater, and installed the new one and all accessories, this took him about 2 hrs to do. Mr Arnold was very kind and cleaned any mess he had made and took all the materials with him when he left. I had called him and he was very flexible with my work schedule and the emergency i was in as well.

One of my kids broke the shower bathroom faucet where the water was coming out of the back of it, no one could shower and I made a call to Mr Arnold first thing fri morning to ask if he could fix it. He said yes and he would be out between 12 - 1 pm to take a look at it. He showed at noon and promptly took a look at it, stated that we would need a new part and that he would be able to fix it without having to tear into the wall. He then said he would be back and went to the store to get the part, came back within the hour and fixed it. I believe it only took about 30 minutes to fix and make sure it was working properly with no leaks. Mr Arnold was very courteous, and quick to respond. He provided me with a estimate of cost beforehand of $35.00 and said that sometimes if this wasnt the fix it may cost more but would let me know up front. He was on time and cleaned up when he was done and took the garbage with him .

I think we found this company in the Add Sheet. I had a hole in the drywall in the kitchen ceiling from putting my foot through it when I was in the attic. I was quoted $250 to fix it. He put up the drywall one day, and came back the next day to paint it all. The drywall was only about half as thick as the rest of the ceiling, and so the 3' x 6' rectangle he cut out and repaired appeared sunk in as compared to the rest of the ceiling. Furthermore, after the repair was over, he said he didn't have any way to apply the texturing in the same manner as the rest of the ceiling. And the paint color he painted the area with was different than the rest of the ceiling! I was not happy with either of these things, and he went and bought some knockdown texture spray which was still different from the rest of the ceiling, but I was sick of hassling with it at that point and let it slide. He said the only way he could match the paint color was to repaint the whole ceiling, and he quoted me $100 more for this. After a lackluster and hurried job at painting the whole kitchen ceiling, we were left with an obvious huge rectangle that was recessed with respect to the rest of the ceiling, with different texture, and a different colored ceiling than the rest of our house and a splotchy paint job. Nice enough guy, it just seemed like he didn't know what he was getting in to when he quoted the project and performing the project.

They did a very good job and had a helper vacuuming up the dust as he sanded. This really helped reduce the amount of dust created when sanding the drywall. They arrived exactly when they said they would and finished in about the time they said it would take (3 days, 1 to fix, 1 to sand and touch up, 1 to paint). They ended up charging slightly less than their original quote when the painting ended up being easier than expected.

They returned my calls promptly, were cheerful and friendly and punctual, and did good work on basic home repair or remodelling jobs.

It went fine. no problems I don't have the date. This thing wouldn't go forward without one so I just plugged in any date It was the spring or summer of 2012

Did not return my call until another provider had already performed the work.

They agreed to plaster the dry-walls in the basement. I wish they knew that all the vents should be covered and the heater turned off when they go to the sanding stage: the whole house was covered in dust and the filter in the heater was so clogged that my heater was down and cost me $150 to fix. The quality of work is pretty poor--bulges are everywhere. Aaron blamed the drywall guy for that, but I was told by another professional that the plaster man should be able to cover all the imperfections of the dry wall. Now, we have to place the furniture strategically and buy a lot of wall decorations to cover all that ugliness. My wife and I are not happy with this at all. Besides, Aaron told me that he will charge $1200 and will provide the mud, for which I wouldn't have to pay. Then, after they finished, he said that I have to pay for mud, which was about $200. Never hiring this guy again! I did give them "C" for professionalism instead of "F": after the painter called them and said that they would have to redo some of the walls, they did come back (although there was very little improvement).

Called in the morning to get and estimate and he was at the property with in the hour. Gave me a reasonable estimate and the job was done with in the week. I was so impressed with is responsiveness that I hired him to do interior painting and ceramic tile work at another property.

Mr. Arnold was very professional, showed on time and gave me all my quotes up front, It was wonderful that I had a choice myself to go and get the materials myself and he went and picked them up. He cleaned up after he was done that day and now we are waiting for carpet to come in and complete my basement into my new beautiful master bedroom. Mr Arnold built a walk in closet, repainted the walls, even removed the old carpet and pad and hauled that off. He has done many other projects for me and i will continue to call and recommend him to all my friends !!!!!!!!!

Very smoothly. Both Jamie and his brother, Kevin, are very personable. They arrived on time and completed the projects quickly.

Went great - they are fast and did a great job. We purchased the tile and supplies and they did the tile work.

John was great, I'm having him back to do more work next week.

He is a very personable person. When I first called, he came that very day to give me an estimate and set a date for the job. He came on the date and time set. He did a very good job and did it quickly. I was very impressed with him and will definitely use him again.

Mr Arnold came out to give me a free estimate, advised me of time frame and all cost, he also went with me to purchase the tile at home depot. Mr Arnold arrived early, set up all his equipment and took 3 days to complete the job from start to finish, once completed all mess, tools and floor was clean. Mr Arnold explained the best way to clean the floor, and even gave me a coupon for my next visit.
