+ -1 moreThis was a great experience. The technician did exactly what he said he would do, explained the items added to prevent future problems and completed it within 24 hours. The cost was minimal for such a service and the technician even carried my system from and back to the car.
Description of Work: Re-established internet connection capability after it was blocked when another service cleaned my PC. Also added additional tools to protect my system from viruses, etc. Completed the work 24 hours prior to the estimated completion and the technician was extremely helpful in answering addtional questions I had about computer functions.
