Don’t trust them! I have signed agreement with them dated Feb 2023 to do work at lake house. They wanted to wait for good weather and have done nothing as of end of September. Multiple calls, emails, and texts over last several months – only response by owner and office admin is we’ll get back with you.

My contractor hired this company way back in Feb. 2007. We installed both an composite roof AND a metal roof- thinking they would KNOW what they were doing. Upon first installation of our metal roof, we immediately noticed "dents" all over it. Our contractor told us "It looks like the walked all over it" - I made SEVERAL phone calls to the salesman (Jerry I think it was) who continued to reassure me that "we will do whatever necessary to make it right." Grant, tells me it is canning- and will 'go away' once our heating and cooling is installed." WRONG! Finally - we were ready to move into our new home in Aug. 2007 - and still no resolution. Grant (the owner, I guess) finally appeared at our house, and agreed it didn't look "right". He then tried to blame the manufacturer - and "would get back to me". The following Spring, 2008, I again made several phone calls to the company, trying to get Grant to "make it right". After all, I was given a "10 year warranty" and "they stand by the work". This company must be a fraud! Grant has NEVER called me back, and has made his secretary "pass a message" on to me that "he is working on it - waiting to hear back from the manufacturer".
