glass repair
+ -1 moreWhen we moved into our house in 2011, one of the dining room windows had a compromised seal. Bernard's came out almost immediately and gave us an estimate and replaced the window glass within 1-2 weeks. In 2013, the window seal in one of the bedroom windows failed. I again contacted Bernard's but was less pleased with their response time. It took little time to get the estimate but quite a long time (several weeks) to get the glass replaced and I had to call to follow up. I understood they were busy, but I would have appreciated a contact to explain the delay. That's why I gave them only a B on responsiveness. Their staff are professionals. On site work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Replaced window glass in two windows in which the seal had broken.
