Description of Work: eventually after many delays the job was done but not after having several additional costs - "he forgot" or did not intend to include in his original bid. The original bid was all inclusive and spelled out clearly with material and labor but later he insisted he didn't intend to include them in his proposal. Very unprofessional in that regard and totally inappropriate to quote than renig on his quote when the job is underway.
