They are a good team. But when I pointed to them that the tracks were not cleaned thoroughly or the window sills needed to be wiped, they were not happy. They said they were getting late for the next job and had to leave. They also said that I should not expect perfection! So, what should one expect? A dirty window/sill/track even after paying for a job?!

Great and incredible fast costumer service. The working crew was very efficient and accommodating. They arrived 2 hours late and that is why I gave them the minus .5 , they were apologetic for the tardiness. Otherwise they are a great company with a professional working crew. Will hired them again.
