The technicians arrived on time and went to work immediately. They cleaned the gutters and insured the downspouts were clear by running water through them. They were personable and professional and thanked me for having them come out. I plan to have them back this fall after the leaves have stopped falling.

top notch -- I just used them for gutter cleaning because I did not know how much more they did. Now I know and will certainly use them for many other jobs.

Good and professional

Window Genie came out and cleaned our gutters and removed all of our old gutter covers. They arrived on time and let me know they were here. As someone who doesn't have our gutters cleaned often, I didn't really know what to expect. I didn't realize they would be using the hose, which isn't a problem. It just would have been nice to know their process. I had a neighbor come by and said there was a leak in my basement, but it was just from the hose they used! They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again.

2+ hours late for appointment...had come back 2nd day but worked total of 3 1/2 hours but really caused inconvenience for their delays. Very nice people but no attention to detail . Work was terrible. Also stained couch and damaged wall while moving items.

They were on time and did a good job power washing our house. The only complaint, and I can't even really call it a complaint, is that they missed the panels by our front door and a spot by the garage. Other than that, great job.

They responded to my request for a quick turn around and scheduled mute job for the next day. They showed up and did a very good job.

They were prompt and professional but several small details were overlooked that I will have to take care of and I was not happy with the powerwashing of the deck.

We are very pleased that we found these professionals. We have large Pella Windows with Muttons that need to be taken apart to clean. This team came in with the care and attention to detail that I used to clean our windows with. Two years ago we hired another "Professional" company that sent one "professional" It was an absolute nightmare. Window Genie is worth every penny.
