Terrific-they had a style I liked a price I could afford and service perfectly and very nice and friendly.

Seamless process. Took the blind in & was given a tentative estimate & time for replacement of slat. Within an hour or two received confirmation of said. Were pleased when we received call that repair was complete ahead of schedule and cost less than estimate. Have always been pleased with product and services we've received from these people

Kris came out for estimate and was quick & thorough w/his time & explanation. The blinds were cut & delivered within the given time table then promptly installed. The installer was quick and went above & beyond w/ his clean up.

Wonderful blinds were send in for repair within 2 weeks they were fixed and hung back up. Professional & courteous. Would highly recommend to everyone.

The project event very smooth . It took a year to get the living room shutters to accomplish my goal. Debbie and Grim worked with Heantes Douglas and me diligently-until I was happy. Best customer service I have ever had from any company!

My dog destroyed my triple silhouette shade just prior to my home going on the market. Debbie Kissinger drove out to Washington,MO measured & rushed ordered custom shade, shade arrived in one week & reinstalled by Tim (their installer) Fabulous , professional service! Elate in the office also got me new pulls for my offices shades in the breakfast room. Thank you to everyone.

Two blind guys is a family run business so the service is excellent. Jim is always friendly and punctual! Jim measured at my home & he also installed plantation shutters. They are perfect. I absolutely love them.

I brought the broken blinds in and was warmly greeted. The woman (unsure of name) laid the blinds out and explained the repair process. She was fabulous. She helped me match to the best color for the slats and provided me a cost i time estimate. About two or three weeks later I received a call with the cost confirmed and blinds were ready for pickup. I was leaving town and could not pick up for 10 days which was not a problem. The repair was excellent. No issues.

Stopped by the store and Debbie showed me samples and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday 8/2/16 when Kris came to my condo and measured all the windows involved, again went over the samples, and gave me a quote which I accepted. The blinds were installed by Tim on 8/17/16. I was very pleased with the courtesy, professionalism, and speed with which the blinds were received and installed. I'm very happy with the product and the work performed and would highly recommend Two Blind Guys!
