Two Blind Guys

They showed me how I could replace the slats myself, e.g., they told me to look whether some of the blinds in our house had extra slats or whether some blinds were longer than they needed to be. They told me they could do it, but I could save money by doing it myself. Very honest and helpful.

When the blinds were ready to be installed they called to set up an appointment. Jim arrived on time and put up the blinds. The company is very easy to deal with and I will call again if I need blinds, shades or shutters.

Mile Jalesman came out to measure our windows, there was no pressure to buy. We liked the price and 3 weeks later they installed them. We love them.

Initially, appointment was delayed because blinds were not received as scheduled from manufacturer. Second appointment was kept and installation went well. Product quality was as expected.

Chris came on the designated date and time to take the necessary measurements for the window blind. He was helpful and polite in the decision process. Cory installed the blind about 3-4 weeks later. It fits perfectly and we are happy with the look in our new bathroom.

I dropped my shade off so the repair person could pick it up. He called me int two weeks that the shade was done.

Two Blind Guys were very helpful. They ordered parts for me, and showed me how to repair the blinds saving me a lot of money. We know we will eventually need to replace our blinds, and when we do we will call Two Blind Guys! They gave us a very honest assessment.

We called their showroom - showed pictures of the broken parts. They ordered them for us. We picked them up, our experience was so wonderful we are going to replace some of the blinds with plantation shutters and use this company.

Their receptionist was very friendly & helpful from the start. She arranged my appts and told me the gentleman's name who would arrive at our home. Bath appts went smoothly & efficiently. Both men were on time, personable and well grained.

I actually went out to their location. They were very informative, helpful, and considerate. I enjoyed working with them. I appreciated the technician working around my schedule. The completed work looks very good. The updated cords makes it looks as well as a new set of blinds and they are very functional.

Not well. Kept telling us to glue which did not hold. Then they glued & did not hold. Then told us nothing they could do & to call manufacturers. All those steps went on for months-calls & trips. The manufacturer told your company needed to call them & they would send a replacement which they did. We knew the old model had been discontinued & we kept asking surely the manufacturer had a replacement.

Showroom was nice to be able to see some examples of the products and to actually feel and test how they work. Nice to have advice from showroom staff. In home consultation was scheduled and then the sample books of what I was considering could be viewed in the home. Measurements were made of all the windows we were considering. Kris was very helpful with this. Then received a bid in a few days, ordered the window treatments and waited about 2 1/2 wks for them to arrive so we could schedule the install. Our installer was also very professional and nice to work with ( apologize I don't remember his name). The quality of the Hunter Douglas blinds and shades is exceptional. They are a bit more expensive but I feel like they will last a very long time and it's great to have a large company stand behind the products for repair and parts.

Fantastic! Our installer showed up on time, removed the old blinds, installed the new ones, and cleaned up thoroughly. He even hauled away the old blinds! We love the new look and the fact that we have less light disrupting our sleep. We can't wait to have the opportunity to get them out for other portions of the house.

From start to finish, we were pleased with choosing Two Blind Guys for our shutters. The initial call to them was answered by the company owner, Debbie, who was very informative and friendly. Kris then came out to quote the project, arrived on time to the minute, was super professional and friendly. There was absolutely no pressure tactics to act on the spot. The quote was electronically delivered same day and from acceptance to installation was right on estimate at 4 weeks. The installation was clean and we are very happy with the final result. If there was anything I would say that could come off as a negative is that Two Blind Guys required a 70% deposit, which I would have normally frowned upon but research here found their great reviews and let me know of their longevity in the market.

I originally contacted them through their website to contact me about coming out to the house but then stopped by their store the next day to make an appointment. They called me about a week later responding to the website inquiry so they were having problems with their website as I thought that was a long time to wait for a response. That being said, they were very responsive once they came out to measure my windows, show me what they suggested, the issues that my windows had, etc. Kris was very thorough. They told me it would be 3-4 weeks for my blinds to come in but could be longer due to weather. I called them after 4 1/2 weeks to check on status and she told me that my blinds were scheduled to come in the next week and she wanted to get me on the install schedule asap so that's what we did!! And as promised, the installer showed up and he was so professional and did a wonderful job. He answered all of my questions, offered to take all of my old blinds, etc. The quality of the blinds are great and they look great also. Use this company. They are great.

Sent husband to pickup(it was an hour drive one way). Ended up only the broken pieces were upload and never decide call about only of the when I called, the gill answering Phone was pleasant & said she would check into this. She called back, said since all were not replaced (due to not house parts) a partial refund could be offered. In the cause of these numerous phone calls, I spoke to the owner, Debbie Kinsingn. She was very rude and condescending I stated since her company offered partial refund, I would take it. The person they had do the work was fine. The owner is rude. I will never use or refer this company ever.

I called left message asking if they repaired blinds. I received a call back the next day. Very friendly and informative blind was fixed and cleaned in a day.

The installer was very professional, only took about 1 hour pee large window in the office & bedroom. They are Palm Beach shutters, very beautiful, with the decorative sill I would highly recommend Two Blind Guys.
