Dan was very polite, professional and pleasant. His work was fast but efficient and impeccable.

Quick and nice. They replaced the defective items without grousing. Even though I did not spend any money on this issue, I will go back to them with future purchases.

They came out and measured, and ordered and supplied shutters within the time line I requested. Great company. Will use them again and again.

It was fantastic and A1 quality. They were lovely people and cleaned up after themselves. They did 3 rooms and had it done within 1 hour. He was even 10 minutes ahead of the appointed time and it was great working with him. He even walked through the hallways whistling!

Debbie was on time for appointment and measured and ordered shutters. Dan was on time as well and installed without leaving a mess behind. Dan also ran out of caulk and said he'd return to finish job. He did an I was extremely happy with his work.

They were coming today to put the last blind up because it was damaged. They re-ordered it and the second one was damaged. They were very good. They were very polite and cordial. They came when they said they would come. They gave me an estimate of when they see that they were going to be here. They were really good.

Everything went like clock work. Couldn't be more pleased.

I spent maybe $450 on that service. The job went fine, but I did not particularly like the people.

They were good and I liked them. There was a little bit of delay in the blinds coming and then after they were installed I had a problem with them falling down. They came out the same day and fixed it. It was all good. I got a couple of different quotes and they were better priced.

They did a very good job measuring, installing, and everything. They told us to call them with any problems.

The guy that came out was professional. Their estimate wasn't as competitive as another company that we used. We didn't use them.

They were timely and did an excellent job of installation both times. There were no surprises with what they said they were going to do and how much they were going to charge.

I was told it would be approximately three weeks until the shades were ready. When four weeks had gone by, I called the company. There was a problem with the manufacturer. After another two weeks went by I called again. There was still a problem with the manufacturer, but Two Blind Guys had never had a problem with them before, so it seemed to me he didn't know what to do. Jeff never proactively called me, I was always calling Two Blind Guys for an update on my order. Finally they gave me the option to 1. Pick another fabric; 2. redo my whole order; or 3. get a refund, which is what I chose.

This company did a great job. The technician was highly skilled and very personable. Though it cost $100 to install one set of large blinds over my sliding glass door, the job was of the highest quality. I would definitely use them again. However, if you are in a rush to get it done, you might want to schedule in advance.

The blinds were installed w/o any problems. Wilson, the person who has installed all my window shades, attempted to fix the problem as recommended by Hunter Douglas, but was unable to do so because the part didn't fit. They went through the trouble of finding me the correct part and installing it. Wilson came to my house a second time to fix the problem without any additional cost to me. Now the windows work perfectly. These were expensive windows and the Hunter Douglas warranty had just expired. I appreciate their effort to fix my Power Rise windows. I can't say enough about Wilson's professionalism. He is extremely polite and conscientious. The lady who runs the office went out of her way to find the correct part. And she made repeated attempts to contact me when the part arrived. This company gives very good customer service

Two Blind Guys did a great job. They were always on time and one time they were even ahead of schedule. They are reasonably priced and I would use them again.

Great. The process was easy. They came out the house to measure the window. Once the blinds were ready, they were very flexible about the timing to come out and do the installation.

This company was very accommodating to me. They worked around my schedule and even came out on a Saturday. We ordered the blinds and the timing was correct for delivery. They made an error in measuring, but came and rectified the error and came back with no extra charge. They may be a little more expensive than other companies, but if I paid less I may not have gotten the quality of blinds that I did. I was satisfied with their product and service.

It was excellent. Dan, who came out to give the estimate spent a lot of time discussing with me what I wanted to do and the types of shutters I would need to be sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He was very careful taking measurement to make sure I would still be able to use my tilt in windows. When he came out to do the shutter installation he did a great job and was very careful about not damaging anything. He was very clean and you couldn't even tell he was here except for the fabulous new shutters.

I would recommend them as they are responsive. They had a good guarantee; if I changed my mind, they would replace the blinds. Such as, in the case of blinds in my bathroom which I discovered could only be open by standing in the tub. I believe their rates of competitive but I will check with my old blind company first for pricing next time. Depending on the price outcome, it will determine if I hire them again.

Andy discussed the various options for the skylight and helped me to decide on the shade with a pole closure. We discussed "remote control" but concluded that the expense may not be justified for this particular usage. He recommended a color choice and I signed a contract. The product was ready within approximately three weeks and an installation tech came out and flawlessly installed them within 30 minutes. Everything looks great and works very well. This is my second time with this company and I will continue to use and recommend them to all. They are all friendly, competent and dependable. I believe their prices to be competitive with other custom installers.

Returned my initial call the first day. Came and measured the following week. Called within two weeks to install blinds. One blind was too short and another was damaged. The blinds were reordered and arrived in one week. No other problems.

Wonderful! One of the owners came out for a consultation and measurement. He was very quick, professional and helpful! No Mickey-Mousing around with pricing, he gave me his best price up front (instead of turning it into a 3 day process like the competition). Price was 1/2 that of the competition!! The installation team was GREAT! They arrived on time and were very courteous with regards to my small daughter. They arrived at 8am and were COMPLETELY done before 1pm. They were neat and clean in appearance and in their work.

Andy made the job so simple. The shades were in when promised and installed in less than an hour by a professional.
