Two Blind Guys

Kris came the day. I called and measured. I received on estimate that afternoon. Accepted and placed the order with a 3-4 week time schedule blinds in and installed within only 2 weeks.

They showed up when promised. Installed shutters. Ordered new parts for ones that didn't fit. Very happy with the finished product.

We went to the store in Chesterfield Valley and met with Kris, sales. Kris provided help in reviewing the product line and making our selection. Kris came to our house, took the measurements and placed the order. The blinds were delivered and installed on time. The installer also did a neat job and cleaned up after the install. Totally satisfied.

Went very well. Very professional, young and friendly salesman explained different types of shutters, showed photos / pictures and samples. Measured windows. We stopped by office and talked to a manager because we changed our ideas slightly. Once again very friendly and helpful. Installer came promptly, installed shutters, and explain the best way to open and clean them. Also very professional and friendly. We were very happy with the entire process!

They did cut the blinds as requested, but they never called to confirm it was possible or tell us the price. The location was closed on two separate days that I hoped to pick them up.

Pull cord on horizontal blinds purchased from Two Blind Guys detached from the unit. Called the sales representative we worked with & she advised we take them into store. Store personnel quickly determined repair would be covered by warranty. Had the blinds back in place in less than 5 business days

Plantation shutters were ordered right but were sent for inside mount instead of out side mount.

All went well. No complaints. Efficient, professional and thorough. Would definitely continue to do business with this company.

Received 3 bids to purchase & install 25 blinds. After negotiating, Two Blind Guys was approx. 2% cheaper & had excellent reviews.

We selected 4 companies from Angie's List to provide bids for eleven Norman shutters. The other companies did not provide timely bids, tried to sell a different product, or had incomplete bids. Kris came to our home at the scheduled time and understood exactly what we were looking for and took detailed notes. We received his bid within a few hours and it was accurate and priced competitively. Our order took longer than usual to arrive and the communication with the office staff could have been better but once the owner, Debbie, was involved it was immediately corrected. She was able to follow up on our order and schedule an installation date- I would suggest you contact her if you have any concerns about your order. Their two installers were able to hang all 11 shutters in less than 4 hours and were very professional. I would definitely recommend Two Blind Guys and will be using them again.

I requested that the blinds be ordered and installed within a shorter-than-usual timeframe to accommodate the arrival of out-of-town guests. I appreciated that Two Blind Guys was willing to take the job when others wouldn't consider it. It saved me from needing to put a sheet over the doors for privacy!! The office staff and serviceman were personable and professional. The serviceman arrived on time, and performed all tasks quickly and efficiently. Did a great job! I do think the price was somewhat high for this type of blind, but overall, satisfied with the service and product. Would not hesitate to recommend Two Blind Guys.

Chris came and did the measuring and Cory did the installation. They were both friendly and professional!

They came to our home and showed the blinds they sold. We purchased the blinds and they installed them. They a very good job.

Estimator was excellent. Installer was excellent. Called owner & told him how I thought the install went. Am very pleased. Best company.

Very satisfied. Nice friendly people. They did all pleated shades in 2 houses for me. Not cheap, but good.

The estimator was punctual, cheerful and professional with no initial pressure to buy. Installation happened when they said. Installers were friendly , cheerful and did an excellent job. One blind had been incorrectly specified and with no fuss a replacement was reordered. It came very quick and the blind was quickly replaced with a blind fitting perfectly at no additional charge. We had used these guys in our old home and the service has got even better.

Quick response to come measure and estimate but stock workers strike on west coast delayed delivery until mid January, ordered at end of October. Great looking 4" shutters.

It took me a week to get on Two Blind Guys schedule, but once Kris came to give me an estimate, he made the process easy. He was pleasant, efficient, and had very helpful suggestions.

Called number on website, talked to Debby the owner. She was knowledgeable, friendly and placed order. Cory, the installer, was friendly, very efficient and went out of his way to rush the order when he learned our house is for sale and we needed repairs quickly.

Went great-Winston came to our home and did the work. He is fantastic. Very courteous and punctual and did a fantastic job.

Took down the old blinds and installed 2 new Applause Honeycomb Shades. He had it done in like 10-15 minutes tops.

We?re very pleased with our purchase and experience with Two Blind Guys. We had a clear idea of what we wanted but were introduced to similar styles (which we preferred and purchased!). The product arrived earlier than estimated. The installation was seamless. The employees were very pleasant and knowledgeable. We will use Two Blind Guys again.
