The job went very well. The installer was competent and friendly.

Went well. Estimate came to measure and give me a price. Took the shades back with him that needed repair. They were finished within a week and it picked them up at the store. The three new shades were installed within the 3-4 week time frame and that went smoothly, too. Would highly recommend them.

I called the company. Two Blind Guys picked up the shade & I was offered a temporary shade which I declined. The repair took a little longer than I thought. It would but that was more, the manufacture's faults than 2 Blind Guys, they brought shade back to our home & re-installed.

They were on time and professional. I've used Two Blind Guys several times and would recommend them. They are less expensive than Lowes. I like the idea that I'm getting a value and helping a small business succeed.

It went flawlessly! Jim arrived on time at exactly 8:30 a. M. and did a perfect job of installation. He made sure each set of shutters fit just right and made any necessary tweaks. He said for me to call at any time if / when I have an issue. I’ve already recommended two blind guys to several relatives and to ask for Jim, to do the measures and installation. This is the 3rd time Jim has installed shutters / shades. All jobs were well done!

Jim arrived on time for measure & installation. Jim installed plantations shutters & cleaned up after himself of any mess. I absolutely love my plantation shutters. I’m going to use 2 blind guys for more shutters. Two blind guys did a fantastic job.

Chris measured, informed us of the product and provided a bid in a professional and timely manner. Out of three bids received Two Blind Guys had the best product at the best pricing. Cory installed the plantation shutters and did a great job.

Apparently the folks were quite busy as it took about a week before they could come out for estimate. They showed up right on time, measured all the windows, discussed briefly about what we might want. The Downside is no samples were shown, basically we were told we could look at the website. The process seemed quite rushed. We would have preferred seeing product samples and different options for blinds. The company followed up on there estimate. Pricing was quite in line with our other estimates. I think there might have been a slight communication error , I do not think the salesman realized we were ready to buy some blinds. We decided to go with another company. However I would give them another chance if I needed work in the future.

Perfect. You did in at no charge after an estimate of 55 because they were apparently under warranty, even though we couldn’t swear we bought them from you. That’s service above beyond!

I met Debbie at a networking event & she called me the next day. The installer was early, dean & professional. We are very happy with our new shutters!

My husband & I went to the store showroom in chesterfield. Debbie K was helpful and gave us ideas and answered any questions. Her son, Kris, came to our home with samples, was professional, answered questions & also gave us ideas, the installer was professional & took his time. The end product looks very nice. We are pleased with our purchase and would use them again.

The blinds were purchased from/installed by Two Blind Guys about 10 years ago. One of the mechanism cords broke on a set of blinds that are raised/lowered pretty much every day. Took the blinds in to Two Blind Guys. They were pleasant and prompt. Had the blinds repaired in just a few days. Also, took the time to show me how to easily re-install the repaired unit.
