About us

We STOP foreclosures using our relationships and experience. We do not use a 3rd party or an attorney that charges fees for no guarantee the sale will be stopped. We offer guidance and our expertise to get the sale stopped and keep you in your home for as long as possible. With the SellingSTL Team at RE/MAX Suburban you get 2 agents and their full time assistants for the price of 1 Realtor. We are all Full Time and have been licensed since 1996. Both Therese Palmer and Ashley Radke - team leader agents - are St. Louis Natives and we take our fellow homeowners situations to heart. Although this is our business we understand and appreciate this is our clients homes. Sometimes homes they have grown up in that is in jeopardy of being lost forever. We also handle REO properties for several asset management companies. Our services to buyers on those properties includes a step by step process of what to expect and what is myth. Everyone can claim to be an expert because they have sold and REO or taken a class or maybe knows someone that has bought a Foreclosure before. They are ALL handeled a little differently. It depends on what kind of foreclosure it is. Is it a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac or is in a Banks Inventory aka REO (Real Estate Owned)? Will they pay closing costs? Will they allow us to do inspections and if so who pays for those? What about utilities? Clear Title? We have the answers and will provide the guidance necessary to have a successful closing. We of course also represent buyers and sellers on traditional sales. These are still common in todays market and will always be around. We continue expanding our education in all aspects of our business from representing traditional buyers to a seasoned investor using 1031 exchange money as well as selling short sales, REO's and retail listings. Each are handled very differently and it is imparative that our clients understand exactly what they are buying or selling. We have the credentials like E-PRO, CDPE, SFSR, NHS, Platinum Equator, RES.NET REO Cert., VRM REO Cert etc... Most of our consumers do not know what these are so we show them what is most important, how we do what we do with our clients needs first and customer service and communication number 1 on our list.
