A spring on my garage door broke at 9pm. I called the phone number and got an answer - at 9:30 at night!! i told him that I would like to have it serviced the next day and he asked how early. The service tech called me in the morning and was at my house within 30 minutes. He was friendly and professional. He fixed my garage door, tested it and was on his way within a very short time. The price was very reasonable and they even gave me the coupon price when I didn't have a coupon! I would use them again.

While the technician never arrived at the scheduled time, he did call and let us know he was going to be late. He came out on Saturday for a free estimate. He offered to fix the issue right then and there for a small fee (a broken metal piece and very bent track), but said that our 15+ year old door/track was in pretty bad shape. He then explained the process of taking down the old door and installing the new one. I told him I would get back to him on Monday to check his availability. Called back on Monday, said he could install Tuesday morning. I confirmed with him that the price he initially quoted was still the same and it was. Technician came out Tuesday, took about 3 hours to install and we now have a functioning door. Technician went over how to properly maintain the new door. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Though punctuality is not a strong point, I would call them again!

Work was completed promptly and at price quoted. The service technician was very professional. We would certainly use their service again.

So after my garage door failed on a Friday night, I called around on Saturday. I talked to the biggest company in St. Louis, but they were pretty expensive and could not do it over the weekend because they were booked. I called The Garage Door Company of St. Louis and talked to the owner. Super nice and very eager to help. Told me about a coupon on his website to make the price lower. Was contacted later on Saturday to inform me that they were booked up for the day, but offered to come out on Sunday at no extra charge. Installer showed up on time, was very courteous and fixed the problem perfectly. I was very satisfied with the pricing, responsiveness, and courtesy of this company. I finally found a great garage door company. Thanks so much!!

Lightning struck a tree that is near my garage and my opener no longer worked. The Company sent a technician out the same day I called. Will, the technician assessed the problem and made a thorough exam of any electrical damage that may have happened from the lightning. He suggested that it would be less costly and better in the long run to install a brand new system, which he did the next day. Will was very personable and helpful. The company had a sale on an opener that I had installed and I am very happy with it. I had called around to other companies who charged much more money for service call and hourly fees. I also was told that nobody could come to my home for several days Because I bought a new system, I was not charged for the initial inspection nor an hourly fee..only for the cost of the new opener which was the least expensive of other quotes. It is a good, high quality opener and is much better than my old system that was damaged. I am very pleased

I found their ad touting the cheapest garage doors in STL and after looking them up on here called them for an estimate. Fully expecting some type of markup from the printed cost, I was pleasantly surprised the cost was as advertised. They put in the new door in a few days and everything works great.

Called on Sat , Ted answered phone-told him what I had he said no problem will have Tom call me shortly-Which he did and we discussed my needs which were the High Cycle Springs-would have to cut them and can install on Mon.Tom called early this afternoon (Mon)-Job is Complete.Paid over the phone with Ted.Very personable man.Came home and now I have a functioning garage door! The smell of oil was prevalent from the springs which I learned from speaking with Ted that springs are to be oiled to prevent rusting which is the reason they broke!The oil can not contain silicone.Ted said he would drop off a can of Garage Door Spring Oil for me. So it went very well-Thank You Ted and Tom!Now I can pull my tractor into the garage to install my snow-thrower! 12/11/12 Just got home.Was opening the garage door and I had to look to see if was indeed opening because it was so quiet I was unable to tell otherwise!Also Ted promptly had mailed my receipt and it was waiting for me today.

I called the company to asked about the price difference I spoke to a lady and she said she would check into the price and never got back with me.

Ryan was outstanding in his courtesty and helpfulness. He even did some extra tightening around the garage door. I will definitely use them again in the future.

My Garage door sprint snapped, I called the company and within 5 minutes I get schedule for repair. Serviceman ( Jeff ) came in on time and replaced my broken spring with two springs. Excellent and fast service.

After my wife backed into our old garage door, I called The Garage Door Co.. They were quick to respnd and agreed to come by late when I got home from work. They gave a good price and were able to install the door in a couple of days. Came home in a few days and they had the door installed and even hooked it up to the existing garage door opener. They did a great job and left everything spotless.

We had a two car garage with double doors turned into a two car garage with a big single door. This company not only provided a quick professional estimate, but they recommended a carpenter to complete the remodeling part. They were price competitive and very responsive. They told us when they would begin and they started the same day. They completed the work in the time promised and cleaned up after themselves and the carpenter. They recoded the garage door opener and even reset the signals on the in-car remotes. They followed up several days later to check that we were happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a nice job. My wife interacted with them and she was pleased. They were prompt and friendly. The work came out nice.

Both Ted and Dave were delightful to deal with and extremely punctual. My garage door opener has never been quieter.
