We hired stein design to remodel my grandmother’s bathroom. She needed a space that would be accessible and easy to use over time. I could not be more pleased with our experience. The commitment to quality from both Trey and his team were evident throughout the project. I also felt very comfortable and happy with Mike, who was in my grandmothers doing the majority of the installation. I liked knowing stein design’s team has been working together for years. This is my third time using stein design and I’m sure I’ll use the team again. My grandmother is happy, my family is happy. Thank you.

Our kitchen remodel is STUNNING!!! I wish I could upload the before & after photos! Custom work to the finest detail. Trey & his VERY talented team did a phenomenal job. Working with them is a pleasure. Trey is on-site daily, managing and overseeing every component. The communication is fantastic. Trey and his contractors are also a wealth of knowledge and advice... the finished project is significantly improved based on their advice and direction. This is the 4th reno project the Stein Design team has completed for us - that should give you an idea of how much we appreciate their quality workmanship. Our kitchen remodel in Spring of 2022 was the third job Stein Design has performed for us (bathroom remodel and exterior work done previously). We had a 1987 builder grade kitchen that was in need of a functional update and remodel. Alongside this work the powder room was given a refresh and new hard wood floors were put in thru much of the first floor. Trey saw to it that the job was done to spec, on time, and within budget. We could not be happier with the end result. It feels like a new home and makes a big difference to everyday living. We have three young children so it was very important to us that those contracted to do the work could be trusted and would keep the job site (our home) clean. There was not once a stray nail or screw at the end of the day after clean up and they entertained all questions our curious children would ask. We felt very comfortable with John and Jake working in the home whether we were present or not. We appreciated the attention to detail and regular check-ins to make sure the work was going as desired. Communication was very easy when needed and replies were received within a days time (more often within hours). Stein Design is at the top of our list for any future work needed.

Overall, the job was well-done. Trey and his employees are trustworthy and honest. (We used them for a previous project, as well, and decided to use them again despite being a little more expensive than other bids for this reason.) Trey worked with us to stay within our budget and we are pleased with the final product, however there were some long delays within the process. Not sure how much of that was due to current circumstances. When issues arose with third party vendors (flooring company, for example), he was quick to jump in and resolve any problems. We would definitely recommend this company to others, and would use them again!

Contractor Trey Stein and carpenter Mike Bauer completed their third project with us in September, 2021. This kitchen project was a challenging one in which additional countertop space was needed without changing the overall wall placement. With Trey's help, we decided to change the refrigerator location to an adjacent wall and use a counter-depth fridge there, allowing us to keep the island space intact. The project took 6-7 weeks and we couldn't be happier with the results. The cabinets, quartz countertop, plumbing and wiring and floor repair were all done in a professional manner with lead carpenter Mike Bauer using his skill to make detailed trim work look fabulous. We highly recommend Stein Design for your next kitchen or bath project.

Trey and his crew did excellent work on our basement remodel. The entire crew was professional and their craftsmanship was superb. We could tell they truly cared about the outcome. From the new bathroom, to the new ceiling, to the new flooring and everything in-between, Trey made the whole process easy. The communication throughout the project was great. Trey was onsite everyday providing updates and making sure everything was going as planned. Whenever we wanted to make any tweaks or adjust some plans, he was always accommodating. Quoted a fair price, willing to make adjustments on the fly, great communication and working hard at keeping the job site clean and on time. Wonderful. They were professional and have ruined me for other contractors. I was in the room next door and was surprised the tub was out I didn’t hear a thing. They installed a beautiful shower with glass doors a vanity, toilet topper and laid the floor tile. I am very happy with their work and have already recommend them to others. Trey stopped by every day to check on the progress. It was a truly wonderful experience. Thanks Trey, John and Jake. I love my new bathroom!

Stein Design did outstanding work, they did everything they said they would do and went above and beyond to make our kitchen beautiful. Most impressive was their cleanliness.... trash disappeared and the work area was always clean! Trey was great to work every step of the way. Would highly recommend!

Excellent! They were easy to work with, did masterful work, and went beyond to make sure everything exceeded our expectations! We would not consider anybody else to do future remodeling projects. By the way, their bid was a little higher but was all inclusive. By the time I added items that the other bidders omitted Stein Design was a great value and I knew going in pretty much what it would cost. They were honest and open about everything concerning the project. As you can tell my wife and I are elated that we selected Stein Design and I am confident that you wont be disappointed either. The work crews were on-time and meticulous. We added a few extra tasks to the job. Trey had his guys alter built in cabinets and add electrical for an under counter beverage cooler. The finished result is beautiful!

They did a great job in a reasonable price. Worth every penny.
