Description of Work: I purchased the Squeaky Clean Groupon voucher. | |I have never been so disappointed with a cleaning company! I emailed to schedule an appointment. I got a hold of someone by email and scheduled my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for a Thursday at 11:00. | |I bought the groupon because I was hosting a wedding reception at my house and I had used this company before when I purchased a living social deal. They did a decent job when I bought the living social deal, so I thought I would try again. | |My husband stayed home to let them in, but nobody showed up. I called and received no answer and emailed to receive an answer many hours afterwards. They stated that the appointment must have deleted from their schedule. They asked if they could come at a different day. I explained that the wedding reception was at my house on Friday. She stated she would be there on Friday at 11:00. Since I can not take off work, I paid a babysitter to stay and let them in. 11:00 came and they did not show up. The owner texted and said they would be there by 12:00. (I'm still paying someone to let them in the house.). When no one was there by noon, I texted and she said someone would be there soon. At 12:30, someone arrived. (Never an apology for being late or messing up the date)! | |The man who came to clean pulled in my driveway and ran all over the grass. He spent the 4 hours cleaning, but did not move one thing to clean, basically just wiped around stuff. Rugs in the kitchen were never moved to clean the floors. Basically, my 9 year old son could have done a better job! | |I returned home from work at 4:25 and the man was still there. My people that we're getting married arrived at the same time I did. They had a lot of stuff to bring in the house, so they pulled in the driveway. The man that was cleaning basically stated he was done. He did not ask for us to look at anything, instead he left. When he left, he did not ask for the car to be moved rather he drove through my lawn leaving many car track marks all over my lawn! | |I wasted time, money, paid a babysitter, had a bad cleaning job, the cleaner ruined my lawn in efforts. I will never use this company again! | |Groupon was so kind and gave me a refund. The owner of Squeaky Clean sent me a really nasty email and stated that I was just trying to get a free cleaning from her. Believe me, I did not get a free cleaning.... |

Description of Work: That's just it. The provider did absolutely nothing. I purchased a Groupon for four man-hours of house cleaning. I called to set up an appointment with Squeaky Clean Housekeeping. The recording referred me to their website. I set up the appointment through the website, which indicated they would call me to confirm. No call. I tried again and no call. I was unable to reach Squeaky Clean by phone nor on their website. I finally emailed Groupon and requested a cancellation and credit to my credit card. I never ever received a call from Squeaky Clean Housekeeping. This entire process took from May to July, 2014. It just makes me wonder how dependable this service would be to its customers. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a coupon off of Living Social. Waited a week. Called the number on the voucher to set up the appointment. Attempted to go to the website listed on the phone message. It was not a working website. I googled and found the website. I have sent three email requests to set up a time to have my house cleaned. I have not received a phone call or an email as of today's date. Further, the coupon expires in July. In addition, this was my first Living Social purchase. I understand when you run a special things get busy but as a business owner you have to prepare for that.
Description of Work: They we're suppose to clean my house but as of today's date I have not heard com them.

Stephanie bought the cleaning business of our original housecleaner, Cheryl (who did a WONDERFUL job, but retired at the end of 2012). Stepahanie started cleaning our house in January 2013. Stephanie and her helper came to clean our house on March 19, 2014. When we got home that night, we noticed our entire bedroom had not been dusted. I texted her that night about it and never received a response. I waited for her to call me back the next day, but she never did. This was defintiely no't the first time we had noticed things were not done after she came to clean. After speaking with my husband, we decided to discontinue our service since we were not happy with the quality of work being performed. I called Stephanie several days later to speak with her about our decision, but again, she didn't return my phone call. Being a regular customer, I would have expected a phone call after I made contact with her twice over the period of a week and a half. After the second phone call, we discovered some items were stolen from our house, totally over $1000.00. Because these items were in a conspicous place, we had failed to notice they were missing. We contacted the police immediately and filed a report. At this time, her helper has been charged with a felony. I want to warn all people about having someone clean their house. You should conduct a thorough background check, ask for references and most importantly, trust your own judgment. My husband never had a good feeling about them and it turns out he was right. These people are in your HOME. You trust them to be professional and stand behind their work. I would not advise anyone to use this company, EVER!

I purchased 2 voucher for this service through Living Social. 95% of the time I attempted to make contact with Stephanie (the owner of this business), she did not reply or stated that she would get back with me later and never did. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt however. I finally got an appointment set up for March 19, 2014. Stephanie and her co-worker showed up to clean my house. I was supposed to receive 2 hours of cleaning and they were only at my home for 1 hour and fifteen minutes. When I questioned Stephanie about the 45 minutes of cleaning time I was entitled to because I paid for that, Stephanie told me that they were at my home for 2 hours. I was at home when they cleaned and I know what time they started and what time they finished. I requested a refund for the 45 minutes and I also canceled the second appointment that I had scheduled and requested a full refund for what I had already paid. Stephanie has refused to refund my money. They also did a poor job of cleaning. They only cleaned part of the counters,shower, refrigerator, stove, kitchen floor and carpets I am not the only one Stephanie has done this to. I have replied to you offline, but since you decided to go public, I will defend my company publicly. As I explained we were there almost 2 hours. You have a 2 bedroom one bath tiny mobile home. One room we were unable to clean because it was piled full. The second bedroom was almost as bad and we cleaned as much as we could reach. We spent our time scrubbing your bathroom from floor to ceiling. I had never seen so many cobwebs; I vacuumed them off the ceilings, bookcases, doors and windows. We cleaned blood off of your kitchen cabinets, which due to health reasons we should not have. We cleaned your washer/dryer. Your kitchen was cleaned as best we could for the condition it was in. We did everything to make your home presentable and to smell nice. You did not have one complaint the entire time we were there and were quite nice until we walked out the door. I feel you are being very unfair. I will not refund your $13.28 because we cleaned your home. You may contact Living Social as I have previous stated for a refund of your second voucher. They did an amazing job! It was spotless! Stephanie contacted me via text when they were on their way, and then also when they were finished. The carpet is very old in not in very good shape. After they were done, it didn't look like the same carpet!

I purchased a cleaning on Groupon and filled out the form as well and spoke to Stephanie of which she said she would return my call to set up a cleaning. It is a week later and still haven't heard a thing. I contacted Groupon and got a refund. If they are going to offer a coupon, they need to be prepared for many calls. I think this may have hampered her business instead of help it.

I originally called in late Sept./early Oct because I needed my house cleaned for Thanksgiving. I had a deal from LivingSocial, and I wanted to make sure I used it in time to get our house ready for a big T-Day gathering. They were swamped for that week because of the deal, but Stephanie was able to make time for us by working the weekend before the holiday. It was really sweet of her to do that on what was probably her day off! I really appreciated it her taking extra time to take care of us. Stephanie and George showed up exactly on time, and got right to work. They were nice to our dogs, which is the true test of a good person! I was working upstairs while they cleaned the downstairs of our house: the kitchen, a half-bath, and the dining room & living room. I came downstairs as they were finishing up, and our house looked and smelled like new! You would never even know children & pets lived here! The floors were sparkling, and the kitchen didn't look like anyone had ever even used it before. I'm almost convinced that they put in a few bathroom, because I'm pretty sure ours has never been as clean as that before! I'm really impressed with them. They were nice, they were hard workers, and overall they just did a great job. I'll definitely call them again.
