Mike contacted me within minutes of submitting my request on Angi. He was respectful of my time, kept his appointment time and he quickly resolved my clogged sink. I appreciated his professional, thoughtful and polite attitude. Highly recommend!!

Mike came and unclogged our main rainwater (underground) drain, which is over 100 feet long. He then cleaned out the lines going from three downspouts to the main line. Excellent! Then he said "why don't I clean out all your lines while I'm here". So he did, showing me how each line was dirty, even though not stopped up. He even discovered where one drain line went, which I didn't know, and suggested a couple minor repairs I could make to improve the flow. I should've called him before spending three hours with my pressure washer trying to do the repair myself. ;-)

Responded very quickly to my online request, quickly made an appointment, promptly showed up to the appt, put booties on over his shoes b/f entering, explained what the issue was & that what it was was a simple fix, fixed it, pointed out that we needed new hoses but said we could just pick them up at Lowes or somewhere& exchange them out ourselves. He did not try to upsell, etc & was in & out in about half an hour. Quick, efficient, polite!
