Mike, the owner and Adam, the technician who came, are both wonderful people to work with. They went above and beyond what I would ever expect in figuring out where the drains were blocked and clearing them. Let's just say that not every outfit would work for 2 hours late on a Saturday and then the owner drive 30 minutes with more equipment, get on the roof in dark and ice, and snake thru the roof vent! I later learned that Mike is a former fire fighter who is, apparently, fearless with ladders and heights, dark and ice. Just call Sludgebusters if you need the best!

Service technician was very nice and informative

This man was kind and friendly. Felt comfortable with him. He explained everything to me very well. I really appreciated that. Many people won't do that.

This was a basement sewer line clog which required a camera to inspect the pipe and bigger cable to clear out the clog. We have older cast iron pipes with alot of scaling that's causing the problem.. Adam was great and did a good job of explaining the problem and options going forward. He had the right equipment to get the job done. He also cleaned up the job site.

Michael went straight for the problem (not) this is your problem and charge alot for something that should not be fixed. He knew what he was doing and honest,I don't meet people like him very often. My mom has had others come out & fix 1 problem and I knew what the real problem was so I tested him to see if he would come up with the same conclusion as me and he did the stack.He shocked me most would of tried to fix each drain & charged allot then said something about the stack. I am glad I met him & would recommend him. Thank you Ryan

Very pleasant professional and willingness to explain and offer the options and cost. Cleaned up very nicely even took my empty trash container to the back for me. I recommend Mike and his helper highly.

They spent 3 hours trying to fix my problems but they decided they would not be able to take care of it. They did recommend someone who would be able to fix my problems. There motto is if they canâ t fix it you donâ t pay. I offered to pay them for there time but they refused. I highly recommend them
