I had a severe plumbing problem. Mike was awesome he was here yesterday and I was not charged for the job because he couldn't get it unclogged. We scheduled for him to come back this morning. Gotta say amazing person. He unclogged from the stack and did the video process that needs to be sent in to the county. For the type of job he has, his sense of humor is fantastic. I did not feel that as a woman that he took advantage of my wallet. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE!!! Thank you for making my day!!!

Returned my call.. called me back again, twice, keeping me updated on his ETA. At the end of a long day, he stayed to finish the job.

Mike was a great source of help with diagnosing a couple of issues and then referring me to the right places to resolve those issues. He was friendly, easy to talk to, professional and very helpful.

Mike was great! Had a backed up sewer in basement with water all over basement. He was so professional and very respectful of me and my home. He worked efficiently and had the problem resolved in no time. He took the time to explain everything and gave me some options to think about to prevent this from happening. Made me feel like he truly wanted to help me understand all my options. He was also very reasonable. He came out on Labor Day weekend and only charged his regular rate. No overtime or holiday rate. Very pleased!!

Returned my call... two other guys didn't even bother. Stayed late to complete the job.

Mike knows what he's doing Period!

Mike worked a good part of the morning to get my lateral drain unclogged. When he got the camera down in there and saw how big the roots were, he saw that he needed different equipment. He had a big project somewhere else in the afternoon, and said he'd come back later in the evening. He came back at 11:15 pm and worked another hour or more getting that drain open so the clean up crew could come in this morning. Now that's customer service that you don't find very often!

The guys were so helpful throughout the project, explaining every step and answered all my questions. I will call them again if I have the need and I will definitely refer them to friends.

I told him about my past problems and was so pleased when he told me that I didnâ t need anything done now and could wait until next year! When Michael showed up it certainly was not what I was expecting from a drain clearing company. Highly professional, articulate, respectful... He showed me exactly what my problem was and outlined the various ways of addressing the problem. I'm sure some of the options were more profitable to him, but you certainly would not know that as he really was not pushing me in one direction over the other. He just honestly answered my questions and concerns. While I hope not to have another backup, I would definitely call sludgebusters if it happens again!
