The whole process went very well, and we would definitely hire them again. Initial call - I was able to get a quote over the phone, and she was very helpful and friendly while explaining the process to me. She gave me a price for replacing just the screen on a standard window and one for replacing the frame and screen (if the frame could not be reused). She said they would adjust the price for smaller windows. I received a confirmation email for the appointment. Day of service - They were supposed to arrive between 11:00 - 12 noon. I called at 11:55 to see if they were coming and was told they just finished the previous job and were on their way. They arrived around 12:45. Both workers were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They were able to reuse the screen frames, and they marked each frame's location, so the screens were put back in the correct window. They completed the job in a couple of hours, and the new screens look great! One of the guys helped put back in a window that I managed to get off track when I was cleaning it. He also helped close a retractable screen (this one was not being replaced) on our storm door that was stuck. I offered to pay him for this, and he said there was no additional charge. Additional info - They removed the screens from the inside of the window, so they will need access from the inside of your house. Because some of the windows were smaller, the actual price was lower than the estimate (as she said would happen). I received a thank you email right after the job was completed. My husband told me he was pleasantly surprised at how polite and professional the workers were.

Screens on-site was hired through a third party contractor. They replaced 20+ window screens and 4 door (patio) screens. The work included removal of the existing screens and was completed in approximately 2 hours. The existing screen frames were re-used. Since the company was sub-contracted and the cost was "marked-up" by the third party, we do not know the exact price of all repairs. Two damaged doors not covered by the third party were replaced and the cost was very reasonable. As commented by the business owner, it was "like giving the house a face lift".

One door didn't look tight and my dog tapped it and it came adrift. Old doors admittedly. They did come promptly to fix but it didn't last long. All other doors are fine. I have called at least 3 times, texted and emailed through their website. No response. I left a message that I understand it's an old door but perhaps they could offer a solution. Now have a screen door with a screen flapping in the breeze.

They were very professional and friendly. They removed existing screening on my porch, built custom framed screens onsite and installed them. One of the spaces is oddly shaped and it looks as good as the others. Very quick work and it looks great. I highly recommend this company!

The work was done unbelievably quickly and professionally. Online estimate request process was very easy to use. Company responded very quickly with an estimate, and scheduling was also very easy. The gentleman who came out to the house was prompt, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend this company.

This was the best experience I've had with a vendor in a long time. I gave them information online, they responded within 24 hours, set up an appointment and gave me a fair estimate. Sean arrived on time, his work was excellent and he was polite and pleasant. This is a family owned business that could teach many larger companies what the word "service" means. I would highly recommend them.

The owner, John, was replacing screens at the house next door and I asked him when he was finished to come over and give me a bid, which he agreed too. The bid was accepted so I made an appointment about 2-3 weeks out. (This is about the only company that will do this kind of work, onsite, because of the large size of the window screens) John and helper (Jeff) arrived promptly at 8 am and started the job and did not take any breaks and completed the job in about 3 hours and 15 minutes. Wow! They also knocked out the "kick plate" on the screen door and replaced it with just screen only; that way my little dog could look out the door anytime. Also, my screen door did not close all the way, you always had to force it closed, so Jeff adjusted the threshold at no cost and now it closes completely. What nice gentleman and such good and efficient workers. I know this company has one bad review, which did bother me in my selection and I would like to address. You know there's always two sides to every story and once you here his side of the story you have a tendency to itch you head and say "really." As far as John calling me the day before the job, which he didn't and that bothered me, to his credit though he arrived at my house just like he promised. John admits that if he would have answered every phone call while he was working on my sun porch that it probably would have taken 5 hours to complete the job. So be sure and leave him a message! Personally I'm glad I went with this company and I would recommend him to anyone and won't hesitate using him again. What a very professional job and quality work from two genuinely nice people.

The estimate process was fine. Sean was very nice and easy to work with. Received estimate in timely manner. Job was scheduled for April 6th between 2-3. Morning rain, was to clear in pm. Received call at 12:30 that they would not be coming due to rain. I advised Brook my porch screens are repaired from inside the porch (the spline is on the inside). She contacted the installers and called back stating they would be at my house within the hour. Two o'clock went by. Since the original appt was for between 2-3 I waited and attempted contact at 3. Left messages. No response. Sent an email. Rec'd response now stating the truck broke down and will need to reschedule. Mike, the owner also said he called me. There was no call or message. If there was I would not have continued to call and then send an email. Had to wait another full week for appt on April 13th. Email appt stated they would be here between 1-2. At 2:00 nothing so I called. Brook stated they were running late on a job and did not know how much longer. I asked why I was not contacted, especially after last week/having to reschedule and had advised Mike (the owner) I was dog sitting so I had to come back to my house for them and then back to the dog. Finally was able to reach Mike. He advised they had this really big job and they were just so busy. He was rude and basically said they would get there and did I still want them to come. He said they don't have time to deal with contacting customers if they are going to be late. Kept saying how really busy they are. With text messaging there is no excuse for not keeping a customer apprised if you are running late, especially since I had reschedule. I had already removed the screens from the panels last week. I was not required to do this but thought I would be helpful. (So now I have open sections where screens are suppose to be.) When they started Mike said they would have to remove the porch panels. I was not told of that during or after the estimate. The estimator should have know this. Nothing on the estimate states this. I was not comfortable with this so asked Mike if he could assure me the panels would be installed correctly/no issues. He said he could not assure of this but removal was the only way to do the job. I did not have any problem removing the screens with the splines so do not see why the new screens could not be installed without panel removal. He said he did not think he could please me so he was not going to do the job. So here I sit with four open sections on my porch. I realize I did not have to remove the screens to help the installers but I just thought since it was a fairly small job I would help. My bad. I believe I was treated badly because my job was small, I am a woman, and over sixty. If they did not want to do a small job, or I was going to be inconvenienced due to larger jobs, they should have told me that and not wasted my time.

I contacted Mike thru Angie's List. He responded quickly and after a couple of clarifying emails (ie, what I wanted, his need for info re: the screens; what he could do, estimate for the job) we set up an appt. within the week of initial contact. These doors were purchased less than a year ago. They were Larson storm doors with full view screens. When my dog first went through the screen, the frame bent and the spline pulled out too. Larson representatives told me they couldn't replace my screens with anything better and suggested to try a local screen company instead. Mike's son and assistant arrived in a huge van where they did all of their work. After looking over the screens and talking about my problems- large dog, not enough support on doors, they decided to completely rebuild my screens, add pet strength screen and a reinforcing bar across the frame. The screens look fantastic. The screen itself is tight and sturdy. The frame is only slightly wider and the reinforcing bar looks like is belongs there. The bar also gives you a place to help open your door rather that pushing on the screen. The original estimate was $125. for one door. I had them redo both, even though the other door had not (yet) suffered any damage. The total was $185.00 for the two doors.

Great! I got an online estimate which they adjusted a couple of times as I changed my mind about options. It was a fair estimate and we scheduled them to come out. They did a great job! Screens look great, no mess, and no surprises in cost from the estimate. They were very friendly and professional from start to finish! I would definitely recommend this company!

All work was done at the home. Work was performed in a large trailer towed to my home. There were several types of screen material to choose from, including pet-resistant screen, which we used on the screen door. Screens look great now. They are tight, even and attractive. They did a great job, and i will use them later this year to replace the rest of my screens. You can usually find a coupon for them in the shopper ads, that will knock off part of the cost.

Called on Monday. They showed up on Tuesday. I didn't have to be at home. They did an excellent job.

I had contacted this provider and initially he replied on 1/11/16 and received a reply the same day. I was told he schedule put him 2 weeks out which I said was fine, after a little back and forth with questions the last reply I received was on 1/17/16. The next day I sent another question and never received a reply and he never contacted me to set up an appointment to see what work I needed to have done. A simple I am not interested would have been fine. Thus I did not bother to try and contact him again.

It went very well. I really like that they come to your house, and the work was very professional. Just one thing to keep in mind...when Michael arrived to fix the screens, I missed one of the screens that I included in my list for the estimate. Since I didn't realize this until he had left, I brought the screen to their place of business to be repaired. I would suggest that you double-check the estimate sheet so that no screens are missed during their visit (and would suggest that the company do this double-check also). I will not make this mistake the next time, and I definitely plan to use them again in the future. The screens look great.

I contacted this company via their website's project estimator. They promptly replied via email with the cost to repair and replace several screens for my house. However, there was some delay in scheduling the work to be completed. The company did not respond to my repeated requests to schedule via email and voicemail. I don't know what happened or why they did not respond. When I complained to Screens Onsite, John responded. He apologized that my request fell through the cracks. He offered to come out that day and do the work. He arrived on time and quickly did the work repairing four screens and replacing two. In spite of the difficulty I had contacting the company I would recommend them. My screens look great!

Michaeil Bailey and his helper showed up promptly at the agreed upon time. They removed the damaged screens and repaired them in their mobil trailer workshop. When the screens were completed they re-installed them on my windows and all this was done within an hour and a half of their arriving. The price was competitive with places that required me to bring my screens to them but Screens Onsite came to my home, saving me the aggravation of dragging the screens somewhere else. I would recommend them highly for quick and easy repairs to any damaged screens you may have.

I had 8 large screens and 2 door screens replaced on my screened-in back porch. The vendor arrived about a week earlier than agreed upon, but since I was home that afternoon I was OK with that. The two of them worked over 3 hours. The work was done in a very professional manner and the workmen were very courteous. A very nicely done project!

We were in the process of getting our home ready to go on the market and wanted good curb appeal. Michael arrived at the specified time took the screens out of the windows and replaced them. They look wonderful! Michael was such a gentleman. He took time to explain what had happened to the screens and gave me an excellent recommendation for a flooring company while he was here. If we ever need screens again, we are calling Onsite Screen Repair to do the job!

Porch was elevated. Around 24 feet. All work was on ladder. Cleaned area good after work was completed. Even changed flood lights for me. Did excellant job.

I dropped the my screen off at the office, because they charge extra to come out to Wentzville and it wasn't worth the extra charge for one screen. The work was done quickly, professionally, and it looks great. The one thing that was strange is that the only person I ever saw was their receptionist.

Good job but charged more that was agreed on

Originally had Screens Onsite replace screen on sliding door in late April and John did a great job. Asked for a quote on replacing all the screens in our house and was very surprised at the quote. Set up an appointment for 5/8 at 9:00 a.m. John arrived on time and started immediately (we had removed all screens from windows before he arrived). There were no screens for the 2 garage windows and we asked if he could make them. He said no problem and did not increase the price we were quoted. The Solar Screen material used is great and is keeping our house cooler. Highly recommend this company as workmanship is great and John and Mike are a pleasure to deal with.
